I just want to add this; even if to say equal number of people from Northern and Southern part of the country applied, the job will still be shared best on FCC slot.. there's is slot allocated for each state and each region and it must be fill with people from the same region.

For example; if 100 people from the south applied with SSCE and 50 people with SSCE applied from the North and the Agency is to recruit 100 people with SSCE - they are going to choose 50 from South and 50 from the North... The remaining 50 from the south will be disqualified, making it seems like majority of people that are disqualified are from the South.

The implication is your Bsc remains a waste as far promotion is concerned. Unless you go for another degree. You can't use that Bsc for anything in that agency if you get a job there through your lower certificate.

I can go for another degree if everything works fine.

I will never be ashamed of my Degree, Do you think if you downgrade you can magically offer ur degree after, then boom they promote u to ASCII, You have to serve for like 3-5 years, then request for a chance to do ANOTHER Degree, after you don complete am, lobby for promotion. If you are lucky you get it the ASCII.
You people think this stuff is easy sha, na when u enter , ur eyes go clear

that's what many fail to understand. Its not as it seems or being simply said. Conversion is "By God's grace" I remember i said they should have taken the military as a case study. They know many will think that way of downgrading that's why they added to that you can't use any documents that wasn't presented before recruitment after the recruitment.
