You're right, it's in Yenagoa, Bayelsa. My apologies. It's not a hotel though. It's the new headquarters building of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).

Yes it is. ...And it's not even near the national capital or major cities.

Just a little town in some remote corner of the country.

In most other African countries like Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, etc, this level of development can only be seen in the national capital.

Not so in our federal republic.

That is why we call Nigeria the Giant of Africa.

Please speak of what of you know, there is no need to lie to push a narrative. You haven't been to Kenya or Rwanda, if not you won't say any of this.

Hate him or love him, the works of Godswill Akpabio will always speak for him and his family.

Before now, Calabar was overshadowing Uyo, but Akpabio came aboard and changed the narratives. May God continue to bless him.
may God continue to bless him for doing his job?

must you compare them with others? you guys have come to jam heads with SS states people it won't work.

The thing is we in the Niger Delta shouldn't engage in a war of words with them. Allow them to keep on speaking, they want us to start playing the tribalism card with them.

Uyo is beautiful. The state government is trying but they seriously need private sector investments to lift the economy.

ANSMEDIA and FOXDOSSIER come and see what City looks like, not those pictures of Awka Village you're disturbing us here with all the time.

Hahahaha he is still pained. Uyo and Awka are beautiful cities that has made Ibadan village look like a glorified rural area. Tell your governor to upgrade your Ibadan village so you can be proud to post like others. Ibadan is a glorified village and should be demolished.

Pictures: massive Ibadan village adorned with brown rustic roof and mud houses. cheesy

You haven't been to Uyo city in your life and I doubt if you have ever traveled out of Anambra state, that's why you shamelessly compared Uyo City with Awka Village. Tụfịakwa!

Tell Obiano to visit Uyo to see how a developing City should be like. Maybe after that he might start developing Awka Village to look like a City.

Thank God you have seen what a City looks like. Those pictures posted by op is just an iceberg of what Uyo city looks in reality.
