This day in 2016, Antonio Conte led Chelsea to destroy Fraudiola and his Man shitty team at Ettihad stadium, 3-1.

Costa, Willian and Hazard scored in the entertaining match.

One of the best away performances in epl by Chelsea in recent times against a big team for me.

Yes .....what makes it more remarkable was fabregas starting and providing costa with the pass of the century admist whatever naysayers had in mind.

I'm not surprised you don't comprehend. grin

All I'm saying is y'all should stop bashing your own players. Constructive criticism is important, not senseless bashing. Whether academy graduate, or signed. Those players I mentioned in my earlier post are among those that get the most hate, which I believe is unfair on them. So if you decide to keep hating them and bash them destructively, you're on a long thing, cos you will keep seeing their faces for a long time, and they will become great players for this club. Kovacic has already been named our player of the season, while Mount and Kai are years away from their prime.

But if you feel me calling for fans to get behind the team - instead of bashing them - is me not saying anything, that is your business.

All of us go dey alright. But who wan continue to cry, go continue cry to cry. kiss

Your first sentence wasn't necessary but then again you haven't said anything cheesy

I can't remember the last time I had the joy I had that day in the viewing centre for my dear Chelsea. I was shouting shirtless on top of my voice.
I always enjoy watching this highlight.

I remember how City were over loading Alonso's wing to create space for kdb to be whipping in those dangerous crosses. I remember being so scared that Luiz may turn in one of those into our goal, but alias it was cahill that did.

My joy knew no bound when we started winning.

Las Las Bravo na otu o. If a team is able to withstand Pep's attack and midfield control, they will have a field day.

Well, I saw £180 which is close to 200

It’s good feeling to have academy players playing in first team, but we need to accept that they can turn out average eventually. We can’t base our analysis on emotion rather than critique what they offer. I know it was hurtful to see KDB leave, even more not given chance like others.

One of our own, one of our own, we’ll be left with Christensen CHO RLC to deliver us trophies.

Guy, were these three not amongst those that delivered Europa league title during Sarri reign?
Common man!
Like i said, not all of them would turn out to be the superstars we craved for, it is how football culture works.

For real sha, I get sad whenever I see how RLC and Chris turned out.

Chris was touted as the next John Terry, and for a while he was living up to the promise. I remember how he was balling when Conte brought him into the first team. Dude was immense...until THAT pass across the back against Barca, which left all our hard work undone.
Till date, he has not hit that form again.

RLC own na injury. He was finally getting to the level we expected under Sarri, until that injury in a friendly undecided

The thing dey pain me sha.

But I believe in this crop of players. Plus players like Lewis Bate, Lawrence, Anjorin, Mbuyamba, Sounsup-Bell and co.

What is P. lahm doing at LB and Ramos at RB.

No maldini, Nesta, Marcelo, Carlos in defence;
no Zidane, Modric, Pirlo, Ronaldinho, in midfield;

Henry should not be in that front line when their is Nistelrooy, lewandowski, Raul even benzema deserve it better.

CHELSEA PRESS CONFERENCE cool

Team news?
Everyone's fit.

Is Giroud making it impossible not to start? Reassurance over future?
It's nto a case of giving players reassurances over game time. It's difficult to do. You want players out of the team to train well and perform. It gives me nice problems. Oli has always done that as such. Particularly after the restart when he was fundamental to us getting into the Champions League spots. I'm not going to give my team selection out today.

Is he worried about game time?
I can't answer for him but from my point of view I have competition for places. Tammy has been scoring and making assists. I can't give assurances but I never see anything negative from Oli. Playing like the other night, clearly he will get plenty of opportunities.

Can you forgive and forget over Spygate?
It's in the past. I'm not going to dwell on it. It was a great news story but it's gone. It was a proud moment for me to go against them and win [in play-offs] but it's long gone now and I don't want to dwell on it.

Bielsa says he learnt from it?
Not concerned if he's learnt a lesson or not. I'm not hanging on it around the game. I respect him, I respect Leeds.

Advantage to you having fans back?
Don't know. Good question but it's unfortunate if some clubs can't have fans. They can help us at home by being vocal and supportive. We want more but they can affect the atmosphere and get behind us.

This game has a long history of feistiness. Start of a new era in rivalry?
I'm aware of the rivalry from being a player for so long and I know how fans feel about it. It's two huge clubs with a history but hard for me to equate that to Timo Werner, Kai Havertz and others who don't know that history. But I know it will be competitive because that's how Leeds approach games.

Gilmour in line for minutes this month?
Possibly. We don't have injuries tomorrow so players miss out on squads but Billy will hopefully get minutes. His quality will shine through.

Do you remember young Bamford?
He trained with us quite a lot. Had great finishing abilities and an eye for goal in his early years. He should be proud of his career to come back and be one of the leading scorers in the Premier League. I like him as a lad, he's playing well and I'm happy for him.

Squad is bonding now?
It takes consistency. We're playing well but we can get better for sure. There will be tests along the way when players play well and aren't in the team the next match because of competition. We're in a good place but they can be a lot better.

Leeds like a shot - biggest test of defence so far this season?
They are not easy to analyse but the stats say a lot of shorts, scoring against the top teams. We have to be at our absolute best. We've shown some really good signs in how to get clean sheets but Leeds are one of the most dangerous teams in the league.

You remember Harrison from NY?
A lovely lad, spoke to him the other day but the player he has deveoped into ... he's one of their major players in an attacking sense. His career has gone in a great direction and will continue to.

What will it mean for you and players to have fans?
A great deal. This season I certainly felt it and I guess players do. To get 2,000 back is a huge deal. They have been patient. We hope we can get more in quickly but it will be nice to hear them tomorrow supporting the team.

How diffficult to prepare for this with travelling to Sevilla?
That comes with a team in Europe. We can't complain too much but it affects things and we need to focus on recovery and maintenance. Leeds' strength is their physical side and energy. We can only worry about ourselves.

The only person I can exchange with xavi there should be xabi.

That midfield base is not for someone like fabregas who can not sheild the ball away from opponent under pressure. He will likely loose the ball 7x out of every possible 10 passes he receive from the defender.
