I think Nairobi constructions and developments are unparalleled in sub Sahara africa unless one proves me otherwise,competition of skyscrapers have now roped in government putting such an iconic building.
This is a bench mark,many more will strive to out do this building sooner or later.If anyone watches Wode maya video when he was in Nai,listen to his comments on Nairobi infrastructure.

This tower might look like a 7flrs highrise/multipurpose bulding.
But in reality, it is 23floors with the shortest section being 17flrs making it one of the widest tallest apartment in africa.

I've been watching Wode Maya's videos and all my attention was drawn to the comments section.
Honestly, Nairobi is just on another level. Even Wode Maya admitted it. in one of his video, he even claimed that Kenya should be around number 3 in africa by road quality index.

He also wondered how some Buldings in Nairobi resembles those in New York, and he was like, "some of those bulding designs were uprooted directly from new York and replanted to Nairobi" Hence there is some American feeling in Nairobi factoring in the cool climate .
