His one weak me dru.
This's wickedness in high places.

The reason why such happen os bc no one is on ground, i wont but my oil for 20k and hand it over without been there to see when is going in.

Nigeria is tough place to do business, an average person working with you will not try nonsense when he realise you're ready for him.

Sometimes i get bad tenant that will pay 1 year rent, the next year they will struggle to pay and start giving u trouble. But after i introduce, you drop a post dated check, no one try nonsense again, that check saves me alot of stress.

In other part of the world, you pay b4 getting the car, here u will use b4 paying.

You can as well sell ur father's land to invest and bring the rent to 10k weekly.

radautoworks: is a very smart business woman and a very good politician.

Some of our big politicians today, are the ones that pretend to liberate the masses 20years ago. Today they're in politics and they're the new oppressors.

radautoworks is super rich have drivers at heart, do plenty give away, yet she won't invest in just 5 cars, so drivers will be coming to give testimony of how she has bless their life, by buying a Corolla 2.2m and giving out on 15k rental.

radautoworks: goes to Alibaba buy those cheap scanner for 4k then do give away to 6people, in return sell those scanner for 25k? If u want scanning services, she will charge you scanning fee of 5k, that is very smart.

In Nigeria people that are brutally honest are tagged the devil, 13 drivers work for me, 10 of them has been with me for over a year, so wat are the things i need to learn from hoodlum drivers? Surrender my car for palliative?

Been waiting for the opportunity to put this out there, but didn't know if you'd want me to or not ma.

I have been under your employment for about 6 months, and I must say, its been an amazing journey. Yours is the  kind that is extremely rare to find. You're not a part of them, you do not do things like them, you're different, you give so much motivation, love and energy to your employees, such that your customers and the world at large, could see your person through us.
Its been love from day 1, up until this minute.

Who keeps her chauffeur even though she's been out of town for a very long time? The young man just dey enjoy him (no)work. Maybe JP  for don fire am, one month before departure, with the intention of hiring another when he gets back.
He said to me today "bro, as a driver, I never get any reason to stay anywhere for two years, but since I come here, na so oh...na love oh, we are a family here."

You're approachable and infact, always there. You're so near, yet so far away.

All your employees, from RadAuto to RadRentals, to your domestic staff, are more than satisfied and they feel more than blessed to have you as their boss.

Your energy on the phone is contiguous, comes with an infectious smile, e go cheer even the saddest person back to life.

I'm grateful for the privilege to serve under your employ. You have my loyalty 100percent.

I see RadAuto taking over the automobile mechanic industry in the nearest future and I'm willing to continue to be a part of that success.

I do not think there are two of your kind.

You turned 2020 around, for me especially.

Pray earnestly for a #BossLikeRad

I'M GRATEFUL MA.
Oya! Jpworld employee come and write your own.

I think you’ve tried your best and sacrificed part of your profits. ... if the driver is patient enough part is the key, it can be 2yrs-3yrs

I expected you to ask some intelligent questions like, what was the longest period a driver drove for you?

When you talk of patience, please kindly clarify who should be patient, owner or driver?

Now kindly explain to the house how a driver on rental can save say, N2m for a tok or 800k for a 9ja used from rental. Centre your narrative to a family pls because I can only speak for myself.

The last time I checked I only saw or met people who were able to own a car through HP and it was a smooth ride for them for over 2-3yrs for most of the lucky once that had good partners. For those that had wicked and bad partners likes jpworld they got their hands burnt along the line and lost out. Among all I'm yet to see a MAN that was able to own a car from rental. if you've seen one b4 pls hear from him then share with us how he did it.

In response to jpworld's comment about the giveaway, you still don't get it.
First, you're wrong about the scanners. Second, even if the scanners cost N500 it's not about the money. It's about what helps people. I could have given out cash but how would that help people or my mission? Cash would be gone quick but the scanner lasts as long as the car and helps many.

Mr JP do some self reflection and realise EVERYTHING ISN'T ABOUT MONEY and I guarantee you will have a better quality of life.

EDIT: 17. 17 scanners grin
The bolded is key, but it's people with good heart that understand it
I didn't want to comment so he wouldn't say it's because I benefited from the giveaway

Majority of Nigerian drivers still find it difficult to understand that cars fitted with engines below 2.4 aren't meant for highways/long distance journey. The RPM of a v6/v8 (or more) engines at 140 are far lower than that of an i4, More cylinders = lower RPM, less vibration, etc. A Toyota Corolla traveling above 100km/h burns more fuel than a Toyota Camry traveling at same speed. These cars are designed for different purposes.
Well said. 100%

Well that is transport business for you .. You have to monitor at least try to monitor from driver to mechanic when it comes to repairs ... Will continue to enforce opening the gallon of engine oil before we give it to anyone to do oil change..... The Civic still runs ok but will do engine flush on Monday or so . We bought Liquid moly engine flush from a nairandlander ..And I read great reviews about it online.......civic engine are very strong ..
Let your drivers do video call while opening the oil and pouring it into the car, if network no dey they should record the whole thing and send it to you

I am not saying it is not possible but I think it is very difficult for a married man to actual save and own a car, if he is the only one taking care of the family except he as side hustle plus ehailing but if you are single their is no excuse at all not to own your car after 2yrs
And you think you can drive for him for 2yrs straight without him waking up one morning and call for his car? You think a driver can drive for 2yrs stretch without having any personal issues?

Lets learn to speak for ourselves and from experience rather than speak without any background knowledge. Who no go no know.

Some relationships are best kept at a distance rather than becoming partners and living together because that's when you know the real person you've been friends with for many years. People will come up and paint themselves like a sheep but go within you'd seen a wolf in sheep clothing.

Yes, the truth be told a lot of drivers are wicked and bad and those bad once have already gone ahead to spoil things for the good once coming behind that even when the good meet good they don't have trust anymore and then start treating the good like they're really bad.

My own is, no matter how good or bad the relationship goes I will still remain that peraon I've chosen to be. I won't cheat, I won't lie, I wont steal or bear falsehood against any and I won't kill. I will continue to be that good person that I am till grace shine on me.

This only happened with the old driver that I took my car from .. The new drivers are ok no issue with them.. And anytime we give them oil will open it and give it to them. Am confident with the currant drivers, but any new drivers we get henceforth will continue to open the gallon and tell them to return the left over oil .. The video call is also good idea

Lastly, as for those increasing rental fees this period , it's like saying Bolt should increase the 20% because they know there will always be surge, but wetin I sabi?

I have read all your posts on this thread and today I'm going to address them.

This is why "Nigerian workers are bad". Bosses/owners make them so.

You obviously don't understand it costs more to find and retrain a new employee than it does to retain an old one. Same as customers. You obviously also don't understand what it takes to build LOYALTY and employee buy-in/ownership in your mission.

The companies that started fresh are struggling with new employees. Not to put my business out there but I made sure not to let ANYONE go during lockdown (even the ones I was thinking of firing before). I informed them because there was no income I could only afford to pay 40% and they were okay with that. How? FROM PROFITS WHEN THE GOING WAS GOOD. I prioritized their safety and opened later than other businesses. It was the employees who insisted they would take the risk and go to work until they couldn't. THEY came up with a plan where they took turns running a skeleton crew. Why? I was thinking of them and in turn they thought of me. They understand we are a TEAM through the good and the bad.

During lockdown they did everything they could to stay open or continue doing business quietly. Guess what? EVERY MONTH SINCE SEPTEMBER THEY HAVE BROKEN THE PREVIOUS SALES RECORD and IN MY ABSENCE! They are currently posting numbers almost DOUBLE what they posted before all the katakata started. Their productivity is through the ROOF and my complaints/mistakes are the lowest they've ever been, even with the ones I was considering firing. I have been contacted by other frustrated businesses owners asking what I did to make my employees so loyal as they tried to poach them repeatedly and they won't budge. I just tell them I treat them like I like to be treated. Even one of the so called "bad NL Uber drivers" now works for me and can testify to this if he chooses to reveal himself.

So please stop coming to this thread to insult and demoralize people trying to make a living. Create an Uber owner partner thread where you can criticize, insult and advice all you want and no one will bother you but savvy business man you are not in my opinion.

That's all the energy I have for your matter.

What more can no say after reading this post. Long b4 now I've always known this, "You know a fool by his words and a wise by his words".

I've been wondering how a grown up man would come out bold to say regular "sacking of employee is business"! Well, people operate base on their standard but its good you educated him with this post only that it went for free to him and his followers.

If Exon mobil, Total and other multinationals sacks employees they've spent millions of dollars to train you think they woild still be existing now? Why do you think companies finds it hard to fire or retire old workers? You think they can afford to pay them off and let them go?
A driver works for you for a long period and you fire him just for a simple accident, or for low remittance which was as a result of a global pandemic or because he is sick and taking time to recover or because he has not been able to pay you some debt he owns? And you expect the universe to bring a better person to you next.

I love this thing call karma because it has a way of bringing back your pass deeds to you.

So let's all continue in our doings. You succeed and have money doesnt mean you're fulfil.

Jpworld be wise and stop being arrogant

I will continue to do what is right for my business.

If u divert ur weekly rental money for ur personal use, that is dishonesty, i won't continue working with you. Just hug transformer if you don't like it.

Will radautoworks retain an employee that divert workmanship money for personal use?

Plenty of owners has sold off their cars, because they cannot make money, they only realize this after 1 or 2years.

Dis driver started working with me 3weeks ago, have to retrieve the vehicle immediately, he is calm and very manipulative. But was a able to detect his deceit early.

Lol.

I don't have employees, i have business partners am not paying them salaries, i only rent out cars to my business partners.

I don't have a brand to build in renting business, pay me my rent and have peace of mind.

Radautoworks survive through Nairaland, she need to be on drivers side, for branding of her company.

But she won't raise a finger to help any of them, until she start buying cars for rental, until she start offering free services to drivers on HP, then i will agree she has drivers on mind.

Not buying 4000 scanner in Alibaba give out to 6people, then claim scanner cost 25k.
