chai, Glo's reception is really bad in your area o, it shows in your mobile signal strength bar... see how green my signal bar is? tongue

This nko? Picture two is one of their biggest problem even when you have green bar

Wahala for question. Which one is connection to camera again? Even on your stock camera aren't there settings you can adjust?(This is one thing a lot of people are lazy to do)

Every photo scenario needs a different approach for taking pictures.

I can't start Photography lectures here abeg.

As for XML each GCam mod has it's own folder setup, it is on that channel, application of the XML within the app is same for all.
Oga sir no vex na .... I am new to all this stuff ... I just downloaded the Gcam from the telegram channel Trcamera
... and I downloaded some XML I don't even know if it's necessary ... I created a config 7 folder in my Gcam folder and moved the XML there .... am I on the right path ?

first of all, I'm not saying Glo's network is great. Secondly, I know that bad network drains the battery more quickly... But this thread is kinda misleading people with the notion that "Glo network is generally a battery gulper", whereas it isn't true. I'm trying to pinpoint the fact that Glo's signal strength/reception in our respective areas solely determines if Glo network will drain our battery quicker or not. I happen to be in a place where Glo network doesn't take a toll on my battery but since I'm contradicting their assumption, no one cares... if you follow this thread for so long you will understand why I said "this thread sha"

trCamera don't use that folder path.

Create a Folder called trCamera and inside the folder, create another folder called XMLConfigs
Then paste the configs there.

Note it is case sensitive create as spelt here.

And hope the XML you downloaded is for GM2 because GW1 is 64MP sensor(RN9 Pro)

To apply within the Gcam

You are getting it all wrong.

Green bar shows stability not power draw.

If you add instability (Multi coloured bar) and Glo's default high power draw then your battery life turns worse.

It is not too hard to understand. No be fight and I that is disputing your statement uses Glo as my primary data SIM.

I can count the number of times I have had -70dbm on Glo and it was in Lagos.

What don't you try to present your case with facts just like Gptech did instead of saying the thread is misleading. This will help take the thread on the right path

I shake my head for you.

Who told you green bar equates to stable network?

I clearly mentioned antenna power, but didn't bother to find out what it means because your mind has been programmed to always think this thread misleads people.

The answer you seek was posted yesterday by Gptech.

Do yourself a big favour by looking at the pictures he posted.
