Hi guys. Can someone help me with the cost and overall information I need in setting up a layer poultry farm of about 100 birds.Just to add that I will be doing this with a wooden cage as am just taking it as a side hustle to keep afloat. cc; Aysnoopy |

Life56: Although, I don't have experience in layers. For now, I'm base on broilers. What I've learnt is that before your layers will start laying, you must av spent up to 1250 to 1350 per bird. And when they start laying, 100 birds will eat around 10 to 13 kg per day of layers mash You have to follow layers medication/vaccination chart very well, and there house must be clean always to avoid disease.
