China machines don't last, they are deliberately built to break down so you can spend more for repairs and importing parts....

There is no such thing as bad luck just bad design.
I don't even think it's that.

It's just a matter of cheaping out in production, and skipping product quality control.

An example for comparison is Chinese phones which are cheaper, but have no warranty, have higher failure rates and have no long term software support. Because the company is cheaping out on production costs.

At the end it's probably going to be cheaper to just buy a new one rather than try to fix it.

The bad luck part is just funny imagine Boeing telling people that the reason their plane crashed is just bad luck.

The Chinese trains are facing xenophobic attack and generational bombardment like power equipment ordered with $16billion during OBJ administration.
Did we pray for the trains before commissioning them?
If not, that can be the cause of the bad luck.
But technically speaking, problem might not be too far from electronic components malfunctioning/breakdown
due to high temperature at this period of the year.
