If I were there, I would confront the soldier. Infact there are many people there that are ready to confront the soldier for harassing the woman. This could be someone's wife, sister or mother. But the lady dressing improperly made it quite difficult for someone to put up a fight for her. The military needs to re-orient its soldiers.

Trash talk as usual. What is business of a man trained for war and the dressing of a civilian? You always want to rush and talk, you and your gang will always shift the goal post to suit your narrative. Learn to see white and call it white, and see black and call it black.

The Soldier did the right thing. All those that are against him are from the EAST. We can't allow Ashawo and runs Girls corrupt the minds of our innocent Girl Children.

Soldiers believe they are superior. Even these ones without rank will be commanding and punishing civilians.

It won’t change any time soon. Nigeria was ruled by the military for too long.

This happened because nothing happened to the soldier that flogged a married woman in Ibadan two months ago.

There is no need to pretend about this .

This is Shariah through the backdoor

One part of the country seeking to impose their values on others

Clearly there are many insane people in uniform

If not for the inability of this clueless administration to properly fund the Nigerian police to be fully equipped for internal security, we would not have witnessed this aberrant behavior from most of these NA personnel!

This is a commendable action. This is not Europe and America where you can behave anyhow. Here We choose moral over amoral behaviours. Zero tolerance for stupidity and moral decadence. Three gbosa for the military.

Oh my world and people like you would complain, when the government doesn't function or Elisha Abbo slaps another person.
For crying out loud, you are in a democracy, and not some autocratic country and part of what makes your country a democracy is the right of freedom of expression. She has chosen to express herself in the way she dresses, so why is that your headache?

It is a pity that we don't have a president in this country. If we have a live president, this wouldn't be happening. The next idiot, Lai Mohammed, a born lialai individual will be chasing social media exposing the rot of apc government.

Soldiers that don't have any job doing, rather than going after civilians, while boko haram keep dealing with them.

No need telling us yoh will take action its dissmissable offence so terminate his contract with Nigeria Army. The bastard could not flog boko haram, bandits and fula herds using them as target training but innocent citizen.

Maximum punishment for the a s s hole then dismiss him ASAP.

The problem is that Nigeria is a nation of cowards.

Men are there just looking while this brute brutalises and humiliate that lady.

That is cowardice. He is just one man.
And he is not even armed.

In some countries, people there will rally and confront him immediately.

Our cowardice is affecting this country in every way.

The yeye Nigerian harm-me won't last 2 weeks fighting any of those countries. Their mates are out there doing their duties and minding their business in their countries.

In South Korea, PEOPLE protested for weeks until the president resigned because she leaked government information to her friend as gossip.

Here, we can't even protect a lady from a brute on the street.

She has no right to express herself in an indecent manner. We dont want her likes to corrupt the intellect of our children. We need more of this from the military

I can never understand fools like dis soldier that think it’s okay to protest against a woman’s dressing by stripping them naked. Like how does stripping a powerless woman naked in public make u decent? If her dressing gives u an erection, u don’t punish her for ur own dirty thoughts. This is just a cowardly act, and they’re all cowards in the military. If na lie oya go to sambisa and defeat Boko haram na, he’ll start calling pipo upandan looking for redeployment. grin

So harassment is now regarded as moral, is it enshrined in the Nigerian constitution on code of dressing in a public place.

Imagine, you "intelligently" grin saying that someone's dressing will corrupt a child's intellect. First of all, what do you understand as intellect? And, what is the relationship between someone's dressing and the intellectual capability of a child?

Na turn by turn.

When they were manhandling youths in Afarukwu asking them to swim in mud water, y'all were clapping and cheering.

Now it has happened in Lekki. Happened in Oyo, happened in Ogun and will continue

Let's keep cheering and supporting evil

Life is a cycle
