willbeck: Hello Willbeck, From the GCMS notes, which seems vague & generic, the VO may either be concerned with your proposed course of study or the documentation of information delineating your study intent in your letter. If you'd already gone for a program that demonstrates progression and relates to either your previous study or work experience, then you should probably fix up your letter to solidly reflect how your situation have changed simultaneously addressing the VO's concerns. You should also want to explain how your current level of establishment has improved. Give strong reference to your economic investment(s) and/or current place of work. Talk about how lucrative your job is and the possible prospect that working there would bring or has brought. If the reasons for refusal is in four point based, for clarity purpose, you may want to use the SOP to explain your study intent and the LOE to address the VO's concerns. All the best |

TeeMade: The primary immigration office responsible for most temporary resident visa applications from Nigeria is NAIRAOBI... You can contact them through this medium IRCC WEBFORM NAIRAOBI. It will end in praise 1 Like |

TeeMade: Hello TeeMade, There is no issues here or anything like inconsistent info. You're on the right track. Besides, you don't have to send the MBS via webform. There is a placeholder or column already created by IRCC for upload in your Gckey online account. All the best |

jpepper: Hello Jpepper, Best to my knowledge and checking with those that landed at Pearson International Airport, Toronto some couple of weeks back, POF nor the ArriveCAN form wasn't requested. This maybe due to the discretion of the CBSA at the POE. However, IRCC have always advise international students to have things like the LOA, Tuition Receipt, POF, PP and any supporting documents in an easy accessible bag just in case its requested at the POE. Its up to the CBSA at POE to request for it or not depending on their suspiciousness and/or curiosity. Some students during landing only got a pleasant smile followed by a welcome after briefly presenting their PP and/or LOA if requested at the POE. None of the persons I know showed POF and they were granted entry. If it would make you relax well while you fly, you may want to pack your POF along. All the best |

Etrusen: I don't believe this to be true...You can actually study LLM (Master of Law) in Canada. Please check the University of Windsor, they offer this program with funding opportunity to International Students. It will end in praise |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by olasubomy: 9:09am On Dec 07, 2020 |
Debbyiiii: No problem Debby, its fine, feel free to ask any question. My eligibiity started around Dec 2 or so after they started review of addtional document i submitted and this review started Nov 30( the NSE required documents) Since they sent you NSE request without medicals on file, hopefully you get medical request asap after you submit your IELTS. It will end in praise. |
