Felicity0001:

God has finally vindicated me... And I was doing 25k weekly, dying in silence. During the lockdown when @10k self.... Sir it was wisdom at work all along. Buying 6k fuel daily for a honda civic? It was weird, yet never defaulted. Bros those period were really challenging but I kept on fighting all because I've mouths to feed. Would I have dropped the car at that point? I thought of it but... How Will family feed?

There was this particular day I spent all the money I worked to buy fuel back into the car against next day work and only 2k was left my wife was like, "bae you sure you won't drop this car and look for another?" I was like, in my mind thinking, "e b like say dis madam no know how long I waited for this car". grin I just told her don't worry we'll pass through it and will ve fine in the end. And honestly, that was what really happened.

I knew a day like this will come.

I wasn't surprise when I first saw car on sale I only pity that man I saw driving the car at ketu because a lemon as been sold out unless he finds the solution.

Thank God we r all fine now.

More grace boss.

Hoodlum, I ask you drop my car on several occasions. You refuse, u forgot how you pleaded with me etc .. Dont let me expose you to the folks that dont know you.....but let's us get to the bottom of things here lol ..few questions here .........

1. Why did I had to stylishly collect my car from you? If car was that useless to you. And you were not making money why didn't you drop the car ....
How did we stylishly collected the car from you . You complain the car 'leg' is shaking or something to that nature.. So we told you to stop by the house and the mechanic will fix it at my house.. You stop by and you meet my mechanic fixing my other cars.. You ask the mechanic to stop what he was doing so that he can attend to you.. The mechanic said 'NO' that he has to finish what he came for first before he attends to you. You waited and waited till you got tired .. And you said you come back the next day to collect the car etc....

So when the mechanic was done fixing the car he came for.. It was than we told the mechanic that we have officially collected the car from you .. It was than we ask him to clean out the junk in the car .. As he was cleaning out the junk we now found the plastic bag and Mobil xhp 20w50 AKA engine killer..

So I told my mechanic what is 20w50 doing in the booth of the car instead of the Mobil 1 extended performance. He said he didn't know , the mechanic has been the one doing oil in that car. Anytime the car is due for oil change you call us , and you come to the house and pick up the oil to take to the mechanic.. It is me that still pays for the oil change.

So when we took the car from you, you kept calling us when will the car be ready, my team told you that when the car is ready will call you. You kept calling several times about the car .. You even called "Jide" the guy that helps us at times. Jide just ignored you cause we told him we have collected the car from you ..

So you finally you hit me up on whatapps about the car. You were telling me that the car is taking too long to fix .. It is when I finally told you that " your services " is no longer needed " .. I said it in a calm voice and I wished you the best of luck ...like a typical HOODLUM, you came to nairalander to vent your frustrations in a court of public opinion.. You stated that I didnt even give you notice before I collected the car from you etc. Typical hoodlum talk .. That is how Nairalanders knew that water has pass gari etc smh .........

So my question here is .. What is 20w50 oil doing in the booth of my car. You know for fact I don't use that oil and am against using it .And also what is gallon of Mobil 1 extended performance doing at home instead of it inside the booth of the car .. When an oil change is done the left over gallon of oil is kept inside the booth of the car . For future top ups etc ....instead it was 20w50.....

You said we sold a lemon car .. Before selling the car the issue with the car was oil fuel consumption and other issues . We spend money trying to solve the issue etc .. Mechanic that we took it to were doing try and error etc.. They couldn't solve a simple problem that they are capable of solving.. So I sold the car and move on .. The parts for civics are cheap. The car was sold wetin just less than 1 week .. The new owner if patient enough will fix it.. Me I didn't have the patient for try and error fixing.....

Conclusion: Mr. Man this is business, never personal. I have no beef with you .. If I wanted to I can bring in as many Honda Civics as I want to , if the business environment let's me do so.....

You are the same guy that was rude to me when we met via on nairaland.. You later pleaded and I gave you a chance. You are the same guy that dropped off a rider on 3rd MB at night . You are the same guy that took my car out of Lagos State without informing me we later found out when you were pull over in Benin .

And the police had to call the owner to verify that the car was not stolen ..when I ask you why you took the car out of state without informing the owner. You stated and I quote ' is there anything in the contract that says the car can't go out of state " smh .. I think you have some mental issues or social issues that needs to be address...

The funny thing is I find your behavior not only comical, but very disturbing all at the sametime... I have no ill wills towards you at all. But anyone that supports your behaviors ,can only be called hoodlum.. Hoodlum support other hoodlums.. Your behavior on nairaland not only scares people away ,but it also buttress the notion that uber drivers are all hoodlum.. This is not a good look.....

From the bolded, did you ask your mechanic if there were times felicity brought any oil different from your own for servicing?

How could felicity service with another oil without your mechanic's knowledge, unless he used another mechanic?

Could your mechanic possibly be an accomplice?

Yes sir , I should be able to let you know in few hours with pictures.. If done right, it should yield good results.. The review on it has been excellent...

but keep in mind the possible draw back is that the chemical weakens oil seal causing oil leak . This is 50/50 chance it could happen down the line

I try to look at things objectively, and use common sense . It is like a Judge in court of law trying to figure out who is right or wrong based on evidence presented....

That been said , I didn't ask the mechanic and felt no need to .. Based on the fact I can't prove anything even if the mechanic denies anything. It is not what you know, it is what you can prove....

What needs to answered here is what is 20w50 oil doing in the booth of my car. When the driver knows that I dont use that oil, why the remaining gallon of Mobil 1 extended performance was not found in the booth of the car when we unexpectedly collected the car from him instead the remaining gallon of oil was at this house asking me to come pick it up.....

So Driver is the one that needs to answer this questions.. Based on the evidence that I presented , it raises a lot of suspicion on the driver side... It puts the drivers trust into question..

My post wasnt in any way defending felicity or putting you in a position to prove yourself, I only asked perhaps the driver might also be an accomplice.

You've made your point and no denial or any post from the accused specifically to answer your question/accusation.

Enjoy the rest of your day

I've stayed out of this but honestly dru, if he was going to your mechanic I don't see how he was putting 20W50 in your car. Unless the car was shorting oil, there are a million reasons why it was in the trunk. If it wasn't shorting oil, it makes sense why your oil was at home- it wasn't needed until it was time for the next oil change. I do think you need to query your mechanic because if he does it once, he'll do it again. Or is it the one you no longer use already in which case it doesn't matter.

As for the other stuff of going out of town, I comment my reserve because you won't like my opinion. But for the oil, from what you describe, I don't think he did it.

Felicity should come and state what 20W50 was for. Avoiding the accusation doesn't do him any good.

I have to make the scene interesting to keep members coming back nagringrin

But wait oh did that man just called me mentally derailed? Well, just like I've said before I will say again... I'm but a change person, won't engage him or swim in the mud with a pig because I'm more honorable than that.

for the records na only once we change oil for the motor ooh all tru out the 7months car was in my constudy and his mechanics did the oil change themselves not me. The oil currently under my possession was given to me by his wife 4days b4 Mr. Perfect retrieved his car and it was mainly for topping... I topped it that same morning b4 driving down to his house that morning so what is left in the jerican should be like 3lts or so but since he has confirmed he doesn't need it I'll dispose it as soon as I get home today because its junk to me. As for the spare keys, I've thrown that one away the day after I saw the car put up for sale.

Mr. Andrew with all due respect please don't insult my person ever again please I beg you in God's name because I know I've NEVER NEVER done you any wrong neither do I own you anything so please live and let's live. Because I see no reason you of all persons with your level of exposure open you mandibles and call a fellow man like you "mentally ill" unless you want to tell us you're sick or going nut in the head because only sick people identify a sick person.

Liar! Continue making a fool of your self.

You better stop dragging my name before I screen shot every of our conversation and post them here because I still have histories of every of our conversations. Mind you we never talked on the phone but chatted all along so I've records.

Its obvious yiure the one mostly pained by the foolish decision you took but what is my business with your business decision? I've moved on long ago and i have even a better partner and a better car. Yes you heard me right "a better partner" so dont think you're thw only nice guy out there.

In any case, peace!

I've time for better things not for people like you and jpworld.

Felicity should come and state what 20W50 was for. Avoiding the accusation doesn't do him any good.

I don't think he should. Why?

Both dru and Felicity contribute a lot to this forum. Felicity has moved on and is now driving a different vehicle and dru has moved on and sold his. Further dragging this will only cause a divide and/or ostracize one or the other.

I feel Felicity should apologize GENUINELY for anything he may have done that shook dru's trust in him whether it was intentional or not. I think it was not telling dru about it not the actual going out of town that originally pained dru. I know I hate it when I find things out from third parties.

In turn, dru should apologize for using ogbon agba to collect his car from Felicity grin why? Because he left Felicity in a state of uncertainty as to a source of income when he could have simply told him immediately after he seized the car so he could go seek a new source of income. I think that is what pains Felicity who had a pregnant wife at home.

Once that is done, both men should have a drink, bury the hatchet, NEVER speak of it again and go back to contributing to this thread.

So, who's going to be a bigger man about this first?
