Thanks alot for responding. However, does the school fees receipt increase my chances of getting a visa? What if I paid already and I'm not granted visa?

Above is a link for the requirements for undergraduate admission at University of Regina. Your marketing course is under the Faculty of Business
You have to add your statement of account, school fees receipt(if you paid) plus every other financial document that proves you have the funds for study.
Explaining the study gap between 2012 to when you plan to apply is what you need to do, if you have completed micro programs, professional courses plus work experience related to marketing, then you have a shot.

I think calling them helps. It was until I called before my name was picked out from their clogged inbox and forwarded to the processing unit for dispatch.

Please I want to ask again, I sent my passport through UPS two-way courier. Will I still pay that 11,300 for return? Will my courier be honored?

Thanks a lot for this !! I’ll definitely give it another shot, and take all you’ve advised. Thank you so much.

Frankrobbn1:

I regret to hear about the outcome of your application. Given that your application was refused based on your purpose of visit to Canada, I will suggest that you put more effort in constructing a persuasive and concise SOP/LOE that will demonstrate that you're a bona-fide applicant and would depart upon the completion of your studies.

The Letter of Explanation should extensively and convincingly explain the lucrativeness and reasonableness of such program (BSc in Business Administration) in your home country considering it's exorbitant tuition fees. If it is financially rewarding back here in Nigeria that can offest the cost of the program in Canada. The range of opportunities the program in Canada will bring to you as a person. What you intend to achieve in a short-term and long-term basis. Since you claim to have a registered and functioning business, you should clearly state that this business is of utmost importance to you, and going to Canada is solely to advance your career prospects so you could expand your business into a global brand. More importantly, you should emphasize on the difference you will make when you return to your country e.g you being a business consultant in the long-term by providing critical business solutions to multinational companies and government as well as using your business for creation of wide range of employment opportunities for teeming youths in your home country etc...

I hope this information helps. Also, order for your GCMS notes, so we could have a clearer picture about your refusal.

It will end in praise

Good afternoon all.

Please i need a clear answer for proper guidance.

Do i have to leave the required amount of money in my account without touching it for the whole 6 months or can there be in and out in the account within the 6 months?

I am a business man and i regularly pay out money and get money in the account (transactions).

Do i have to maintain minimum balance for 6 month?

I am confused about this part.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Is that kind of statement ok for the study visa?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Ayobami2001: 3:14pm On Dec 07, 2020
Yes it will be honored. You don’t need to pay the 11,310 fee. Just please follow up with calls. Not emails, it will be ignored.

Please kindly advise me....I applied for the study permit since October 5 and I did not attach a lot of documents of my sponsor. I did upfront medicals lastweek while waiting for the embassy to upload the medicals. Kindly advise if I can still scan employment letter, pay slip and work ID of my sponsor and my previous visa pages, my transcript and certifications from some schools via the Nairobi webform since I did not upload it before. Kindly advise.

Information!!!
Those that are coming to Canada. Endeavour to come with your school enrollment verification and school fee payment print out/receipt. This is very very much important. Without the enrollment verification from your school to show you enrolled for the program, they might refuse your travel. And they also ask for the school fee receipt when before issuing you your study permit.

Which one is school enrollment verification, is it the same thing with letter of acceptance?

house , I tried calling this no 234150199900 after some time, he just give the website no and drop off. pls what options of the digit to press?? to speak with the agent!!!
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Ayobami2001: 3:22pm On Dec 07, 2020
No it’s not. Email the admission office of your school informing them you have gotten your study permit. Also inform them of your planned date of arrival. Your school will then send you any supporting document to ease your passage through the port of entry (airport). Verification of enrollment letter will be part of the supporting documents.

No need to panic. It’s normal with the whole covid drama now.

After pressing 1...there is a long speech that you have to listen to. At the end, press 8. It will connect you to the customer care representative. It did work for me.

You can call between 9am and 3pm.
