and unable to verify in real time;check back for manual verification.
I have sent mails upon mails. I have also contacted them through the survival fund platform yet no reply.

That's theost painful part, there feedback is zero, they are not communicating back to applicants which is very bad.

Some people that has received payment their dashboard has change to mismatched. It seems that the officials handling the survival fund are incompetent. We should not be surprised that those that are fully verified might not get paid. But lets keep hope alive while we should have it in mind that this office will serve as an avenue to make some officials rich.

And why does some else's business name appear there?

The additional info: displayed when your CAC is verified and the name on CAC displayed there as conformation of the business name. If your CAC shows incorrect that means your business name is not found in CAC..
Initially mine was not showing anything on the additional info; until my CAC is verified then I saw the business name appear there. Is just the normal process of verifications

The Government is paying 3 months salary of the employees on monthly bases.
They did not state the dates within each month that the payment will be made.
Just know that 3 months salary will be paid by FG.

yea! but it wasn't stipulated the exact months the money will be paid because there is still backlogs of people that haven't been cleared.

I applied for Payroll Support under the Survival Fund scheme since 21st September 2020. I submitted my document as required. My CAC Certificate, Bank account details, Bvn and those of my staff has been verified. I and some of my staff were called from your office and I was already expecting payment only for me to receive an SMS and email from survivalfund that I am among those who did not complete the application.

Please I would like to know what is yet to be completed. I have tried updating my information on my dashboard on their website but it is not responding.

Please, I need your assistance. This is frustrating.

Mine brought out someone else's own, as additional info.
Even as my CAC status is verified.
