It took me close to a month to get mine. Paid 2 week of October. Submitted the required documents 30th of October, got visa fund approval mail a month later then I got the cas 26th of November.
Try calling their international office they might be able to help because that what I did after waiting too long

School fee is £16,600(amount for engineering courses) but I think its course dependent so you'll have to check for your course. Initial deposit is £4,000.

Mine was in a week. Rate was #502/1£. That was when rate wasn't so high now. How fast depends on when they have pounds available. If they have it available, you can run everything in 2 days.

Paid 29th October, sent documents 3rd. Called but they said CAS issuers are working from home.

Please I have just paid for my IHS surcharge and visa fee using paga verve. But, I am trying to pay for a priority visa on the TLS website, but there is no option for paga and it is rejecting my naira card. Any ideas on how to make that payment, please?

I have received decision mail since last week but yet to receive pick up mail. I called UKVI today and was told I may have to wait for another 1 week to receive pick up mail. The delay is worrisome.

Not sure about best rate but sterling bank is pretty fast. It takes 24-48 hours.
