Yea, some interviewers ask some weird/silly questions, however, I think
the question is ideal for the post you applied for.
And I wouldn't think it has anything to do with the colour of your lips.
Besides, you already affirmed/confident that you'll get the position, so
why worry?

Most Nigerian HR officers are just highly unprofessional and stvpid... Instead of concentrating on what the applicant most likely has to offer based on his CV and how he answers the interview questions thrown at him, they will focus on looks and be asking irrelevant questions... So when a person has dark lips, automatically he's a smoker? In saner climes, job applicants go to interviews with dreadlocks, tattoos etc and the interviewers are not usually bothered about all that but instead, focus on the likely personality the person has.
