I went for an audition years back. The question the auditioner asked a particular fellow was, I smoke, do you smoke? the dude said yes.

The dude qualified for the program.

Another, there are some companies outside Africa continent, once you smoke, they believe you're a capable of the task, hence they see you as their own

As HR in a firm and you seek to hire a qualified accountant, make sure you hire someone with dreadlock tattoo without actually asking questions to know more about.
