This case will be thrown out due to Texas’s lack of standing to bring the suit

Imagine Texas AG telling other states that they are stupid for upholding their state election laws when the very same Texas did the same thing. Its some real funny shit.

We will see about that, attack dogs. One key point from the suit is that the rigged elections in these states are threatening the integrity of the elections in the country as a whole. On that premise, and I believe they have done their homework properly, unlike you shortsighted Biden goons, they know their case will be heard.

Imagine weeks after an election that's supposed to have ended on Nov 3, cases are piling up all over the land. Obviously, there is reason to throw out these "tainted" and compromised states votes.

Maybe you should've told your GOP guys to allow mail in ballots to be counted first like in Florida. All this tears will not help him.

He's losing out big time. I have been in the stock market for a little over twenty years and that's a winner because hoarding cash is like losing money due to inflation. My wife and I never have more than $10k in our Checking Account for mortgage and the house maintenance plus maybe Grocery shopping and other things needed. If he put that $100k in the market, in five years, he would be talking of nothing less than $140k to $150k. Encourage him to find a good Mutual Fund investment firms with good hedge fund managers that won't take more than 1.5% to 2% commission and he would be smiling to the bank in few years.

Vermont should also take Texas to the supreme court and challenge the presidential election results there

The suit contains matters that has already been decided in other courts, they are either recycling propaganda or lawsuit, I haven't seen anything like this before, lawyers in Nigeria won't even do this.

This is the rubbish that keeps people like ono optimistic, we have to invest in education.

Trump needs the suit to give his illiterate cult followers something to hope unto. Imagine a state suing another state to dispute the way it decided to hold its elections and dispute the outcome of its votes. It's like Lagos suing kano for voting it's senatorial candidate. It's even worse, because in the US federal elections are organized by the states. According to the US constitution it's the states that votes their presidential candidate and not necessarily the electorates. It's just that the states vote according to the votes of the electorate.
So I honestly don't understand the right of Texas to tell Georgia or Michigan who they must vote for.

At the rate at which Trump and his illiterate cult followers are going, the US better divide with Trump rulling the red states perpetually and California and some other blue states form another country.

Which cases are piling up and over which land? Trump and his goons are just throwing up frivolous cases without any evidence whatsoever.

You want to throw out the votes of whole states without any presenting valid evidence in a court?

Someone needs to check this guy into a mental institution before January 20th, bevause the closer the inauguration day, the more delusional he gets.

Biden is wise not too.

Trump will switch it and claim the democrats have something to hide, hence they are going to court to prevent them from challenging the election.

And more importantly, challenging Trump won't change much as the results are still the results.

Of course you will agree. Or do you seriously think we do not see that your love for trump is based on you desire to destroy America just as I bet you would love to destroy Nigeria?

budaatum:
On Nigeria and Biafria. The former has to be destroyed for the latter to exist, unfortunately, which makes Biafria advocateurs destroyers who need Nigeria to fail so Biafria exists. They need Nigeria to be a zoo so they make it a zoo themselves by contributing nothing to Nigeria's success, which is rather stupid of such people because you can't be busy destroying with one hand and hope to build with the other. Personally, I can't decide which is worse between such people and boko haram.

Tuesday is the last day that States will send the names of their electors to Congress except from California.

Trump’s options dwindle as safe harbor deadline looms
President Donald Trump’s effort to snatch a second term through a series of state and federal court challenges has been flaming out for weeks. Now, the calendar has all but extinguished it.

Dec. 8 is the so-called “safe harbor” date for the presidential election, a milestone established in federal law for states to conclude any disputes over the results. Trump’s failure to gain traction in litigation, with his lawyers and allies failing to block crucial states from declaring Joe Biden the winner, means the safe harbor deadline stands as another potentially insurmountable reason for the courts to decline to intervene.

The Archivist of the United States has received certificates from at least 26 states -- including five that are in the president’s crosshairs for post-election legal challenges: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.https://www.politico.com/news/2020/12/08/trumps-deadline-looms-443561/

Have you not noticed that Republicans made gains at federal levels in battleground states only to lose at the state level.
The rats were scared Trump would win first, so their fraud was for Biden.
The democrats were looking to gain 15 house seats or so, they lost almost all of them But Biden won the Presidency.
A single city rigging can turn a whole state blue in the Presidential race.Yet they lost the house races .

The only date cast in the constitution is Jan 21. Or is it Jan 20? In 1824 it went past that.

Election results have been certified by every single state in America and yes Biden won 306 electoral college votes with 7 million votes lead. cheesy

Let that sink in for a moment

Certifiying an election means the state already declared the winner of the election, so at this point bro, Trump is the media president hoping to stage a coup of some sort to remain president grin

Why do think it's Trump having the sleepless night over the election results while Biden continues to mind his own business ? cheesy
