Dear Nairalander, I will be drawing up a contract for my next uber driver.. So I need some ideas , it is called in My opinion contest... This are called unwritten rules that I will need to include in the contract.

The moniker that can come up with 1 creative rules and the most likes will win a free gift . This gift is Castrol gtx magnatec 5w30 or 0w20 , this cost at least 16k naira in the market.

This contest starts from Dec 8th through Dec 11th Friday at 2pm . I will nominated Deedee44 to help me keep track of the person with the most likes.... Examples below

Unwritten rules .. Can be define as behavior or common sense you don't need to explain to someone .....e.g. You don't sleep with your brother's wife, you don't take what does not belong to you..

So we want to apply that to uber driver / partner contract... So that when you give a car to the driver ,he won't say it was not in the contract .....

In my opinion, driver should not eat drink or sleep in the car: by extension, items like tooth brush, paste, bathing soap, sponge bucket etc should not be found in the car as stop n search can be conducted at anytime.

In my opinion,driver should use Bluetooth ear pieces to make or pick calls.

A driver should have a good financial records with his Boss or partner.
A driver should be interesting to his customers by keeping newspaper, magazines and other social books in the car, this can equally give him a good rating
He should be flexible to his customers I mean really flexible even if can be Mr bend
