I've been encountering this same issue as yours since I was young, please have you been able to find solution to it?

If he's not showing any other symptoms, trust me nothing is wrong with you brother.
He may be brushing his tongue too hard. I've been there b4. Let him stop brushing his tongue for some days and he won't notice any blood.
