TB test using Genexpert is free in most government hospital. Go to any hospital laboratory for one so as to rule out TB.

Let your brother go for tuberculosis screening, it is free of charge.

That's Pneumonia.
Although similar but It has nothing to do with oral haemorrhage (mouth bleeding )

Please streptomycine and ricin can never cure kochs disease. They are both antibiotics but they are not the cure. I hope there is no relapse.

I later found out mine was caused by over thinking. I have decided to make my self happy even if situation hard. But best best is he should visit hospital for check up.

I had a case this year, I was extremely worried about something then I discovered I started having palpitations and sleepless nights, It got me so worried again, I went to the hospital yet they couldn't discover what was wrong. Then I talked to a therapist and she counseled me. From then I started interacting with friends and increased my social life and by the grace of God I'm healed.
I'd just advice the OP to speak with a Therapist, Priest or a Pastor

Go to the hospital definitely Respiratory tract infection tb affects the lungs if it was tb there would be coughing

Just go to pharmacy to complain I had similar issue it happens when I cough I taught it was tb but it was not I was prescribed some drugs hopefully it just disappeared

With the testimony of blood in sputum loosing + loosing weight + loosing hair + pain in chest region it could be leukemia. My uncle had similar symptoms. Please rush to hospital now now now

Since I started with the pepsodent it has improved ...I used to have swollen gum issues too but all that is gone as well
