PDP should just find a way to work with governor Obaseki throughout his second tenure. All these politicking should be reserved until the tail end of his tenure.

If they think APC isn't looking to come back to Edo state, then they are living in fool's paradise. PDP Edo state should focus on solidifying its structure in the state.

If not for undue greed, PDP in Edo state shouldn't be in crisis. They were heading for a defeat until Obaseki happened. Without the governor they are dead in the water. The future is theirs to throw away. They better buckle up.

Nobody on earth can deny Nature. Leadership is not how much money you have or powerful you are, is only about sencerity, commitment and trust the people have in you. This is expected. It is a normal written or unwritten code that the governor of a state holds the party structure. Why should his own be different even when it was pretty clear that they even sold the party ticket to him? He is free to do whatever he wishes with them. If not for Oshiomole's stubbornness, PDP was already dead in Edo state but Obaseki brought it back to life.

Is there any political party in Nigeria that is not facing self implosion? ...so why are you people sounding like is only party A that is having problem? Even APC is having a higher problem but nobody is celebrating it, the way you people are doing...

you are mis-understanding everything. I am not celebrating any party's misfortune. I am only saying what has become a normal thing for Nigerian political parties. The parties are supposed to belong to the people but they have dashed it to themselves. All the executive heads control the party structure at their levels of headship. If Obaseki is planning the same thing, according to their long practice, why should they be against it?
