I personally believe abortion should only take places in cases of rape, incest and when it brings harm to the mother.
Anything after 8-10 weeks is an issue for me imo.
now when you frame it as your opinion and give your reasons, you are well understood and can be engaged constructively, but some idiots only espouse that stance because it is "the conservative" stance and nothing else

Abortion had been illegal for centuries in most societies. Did that stop women from carrying out abortions most time at the risk of their lives.

Exactly

Texas Suit goes from farce to comedy.

Two non existent States - New California and New Nevada have joined in.

Soon defenders of the Galaxy and Pluto will join in. It is in keeping with Trumpists non-existent fantasies.

Issue for you the question is are you a woman?

So why should it concern you?
It is the woman's choice to make and I believe people should gain access to contraceptives and other forms of birth control, practice safe sex and get educated on sex all these reduce the rate of abortions or unwanted pregnancies.Abortion even occurs naturally.

So women pregnancy is a burden for all women

Wow

Liberal logic again

Motherhood is torment to all women

Leftist reasoning
medically, pregnancy is a burden for women and women alone so yes undecided
Socially and financially it is a burden for both women and men too only in the case of men it is a choice only not a duty, especially when extant laws do not make it so or are unable to enforce it even when they make it so! undecided so what equal punishment do men face for "irresponsible sex" according to you again? undecided

I've got news for you, abortion is already illegal in Nigeria and is punishable by jail term. But then... how will such a law be practicalised? Will the government post policemen to a hospitals, clinics, nursing home, traditional healing house to gather evidence on those commiting abortion?

Who will report the abortion cases? The woman who wants to abort, the doctor and nurses performing the abortion or the man who got the girl pregnant but doesn't want any thing to do with the pregnancy?

With millions of abortions being performed in Nigeria yearly, how many had actually been caught and prosecuted?

Whether legal or legal women that wants to abort will abort. Making it illegal only makes it unsafe and expensive.

That is why both sexes should be taught sex education and other options. Abortion for watsover reason asides from cases of rape, incest and pregnancy leading to death of the woman is not a reproductive right, its plain murder simple and short.

Don't b sexist nah, shey u b woman ni

Encourage responsible sex between men and women simple jeezzzz
I don't need to be a woman to understand fairness. When women dey overstep their boundaries I'm quick to speak. I will not blindly defend women if they are wrong

A foetus is not a human being yet. Who makes that law?

You lot need to be real. If men could get pregnant abortion would be legal all over the globe. In the event that both parties are irresponsible the woman has more to lose and that's not even considering the many side effects of contraception and how it affects their lifestyle and general well-being. You guys should be reasonable for once

Honestly I'm tired. Some debates as a man you just sit out, especially when there are no consequences for you as a man. What women go through regards reproduction men can never relate and yet they have the most to say. It's so annoying

I agree with providing birth control, sex education, etc. I just believe both partners should be more responsible if they don't want kids.
Things happen true, but abeg waiting 35-40 weeks to terminate a pregnancy doesn't feel right to me.

Liberal logic Gender fluidity defines what gender your mind tells you during the day.
There are more than 2 genders.
Even men can get pregnant.
See this sad story liberals want to push as a normal thing.Trans couple where the 'father' gives birth and the 'mother' is now daddy.
What kinda children can this couple bring up. BBC article is so positive on their relationship.

You're just sounding retarded now. Who is apologizing for anything. If a white man is acknowledging racism does it mean he is apologizing for his color. Stop yarnin dust please

Advocate for men to take more sexual responsibility. Simple! And stop policing women up and down. Especially women that aren't even in your lives
