Finally, my passport in the palms of my hands!!! See devil at work... Dispatch arrives, mistake made on the phone number written on the package, ...44 instead of...94. Dispatch calls number and that one says he doesn't have any business with UPS. Mogbe!!! In fact, dispatch already updated tracking site as 'no one to receive package' something like that. Fortunately, someone saw dispatch rider as he was about leaving and ask which address he was looking for and gave him the correct number (my angel). Long story short, Nigerian passport hasn't been so beautiful as it is to me right now. Thanks to everyone who has been of help here. I found this thread after submitting my application but this platform taught me everything I know about the process after submission. Frank, justwise etc God bless you all. To everyone looking forward to a day like this, heaven will open up to you and your joy will rain down on you heavily. Oya make I go pack my load finish, I hear the cold no be here for Kamloops right now. 26 Likes 2 Shares |

I didn't get the mail because I applied in August and am almost done with the process before they started sending out the NSE letter. From the flurry of info we get here about NSE in the past 1 month or thereabout, I want to think most SP applicant since November (who meet certain criteria - we do not know yet) will get the NSE letter/request but they can opt out by not responding to it. I'm in St. John's now after 20 hours of flight from Lagos to St John's via Addis Ababa, Dublin, and Toronto. I was so tired that I just entered my room and slept off. I couldn't even celebrate my landing. Gist is loading soon... 35 Likes |

My sponsor's bank too is FBN and attempts to get them to send to IRCC via courier proved abortive. So I just printed the bank statement and got them to stamp and sign on every page. This one sef na with quarrel oh cos they insisted that they only stamp and sign first and last page but I didn't take that for an answer at all. If they can't provide the requested document, can't send via courier, the least they can do is stamp and sign each page. So they eventually did that. I also got them to give me a reference letter to back up the statement for credibility purposes, which ofcourse they stamped and signed. I also added a brief explanation about this on the letter that I'm sending to them. All the best... FifthTribe: 1 Like |

ConradAce1:Humber College, Public relations. Previous education was Bachelors-Mass Communication. I'm self sponsored. Got an introduction letter from my office stating study leave approval and resumption date. Had a 10-year study gap but I have been working right from leaving school so was able to justify that with all employment appointment letters. I believe I also had a very detailed letter of explanation too. For everything I stated in the LOE, I had documents as proof including picture evidence where necessary. At the end, no application is perfect. Pray for grace! It will end in praise for you and everyone still expecting an approval. 4 Likes |

Good evening guys Please those who just travelled and fill the ArriveCAN application, how did you go about the part that says Canadian phone number required! Please and please kindly advice as I don’t have anyone who can purchase a line for me, should I just fill my naija number or I should leave it blank Thanks in advance |

Good evening ooo, pls I’ve got my stamped passport but still haven’t received my LOI for over 3weeks now and I intend to travel in a few weeks. All web form raised and emails sent to no avail. Is it possible to go to the Embassy on VI with my stamped passport to try get someone to attend to my case? |

What's the estimated time it takes for IRCC to review one application and send a verdict? My eligibility review started tonight, though I didn't submit the whole mybankstatement stuff cos I am not self funding. |
