a team were every player defend and has liberty to do stuff with the ball without looking for a particular player

now ask yourself were will Messi fit in Klop Liverpool or Flick Baryan or even Guadiola Man City?!!
the answer is no where, because all eleven players of these team are as active in attack as in defence, and more importantly also every player play in a very specific position, this ensures that every player take responsibility for there position s, it's the only way a team can play has a unit.


it's the only way a coach can have a tactics, with every one on board

imagine Messi drifting to Mane, Firminho, or Salah wing,
Say Debruyn wing, this player will end being confused as to whether to do something or just let Messi have the ball

in three years they will become like the barca players, rakitic for eg.
