As expected jaree Trump lost the election there was no fraud or dead people voting. Election security experts all declared the election one of the fairest elections in American history. Biden won with over 81 million votes the highest in American presidential history and a big win against an incumbent.Trump lost simple and straightforward I don't pity any of his gullible supporters who believed the election was rigged Trump scammed those people they donated over 200 million dollars for nothing Trump has grifted them and will use the monies to pay off some debts he will be in a lot of legal trouble when he leaves office and his children and enablers as well. 7 Likes 2 Shares

Next2Bezee:SCOTUS did not reject the claim of fraud. It rejected the idea that a state that has not been effected by it is the one to complain here. In other words: “we can only deal with fraud claims brought by the people from places where it actually happened.” |

Next2Bezee:SCOTUS declined case because TX didn’t suffer any voter fraud, mishandling or SOS making decisions that the state legislature should have made. The other cases from states that were impacted will continue forward. Lin Wood just got the Ga case docketed at SCOTUS. keep the faith! 1 Like 1 Share |

Johnnyessence: Again, docketed don't mean anything. The case that was just dismissed was docketed but the Judges refused to hear it. With PA out of the picture, Trump will need to win at least states. Nothing is impossible but this highly unlikely. Electoral college vote is Monday. |

SCOTUS UPDATE: The Justices are 1/2 signaling states with
issues that they have the legal standing to bring suit over the
unconstitutionality of changes to their voter laws. So state
GOP’s need to file suit against their own states. 2/2 The Arizona GOP has done just that and plans to file a suit against the State with the Supreme Court. Pennsylvania will likely follow. |

SCOTUS ruled under Article III section 2; Controversies between two or more States. You know what else is under Article III but in section 3? Treason clause 1 and 2. These cases are beyond SCOTUS jurisdiction pic.twitter.com/otBGaqfY89

Johnnyessence: Stop copying and pasting crybaby tweets here. If a state's GOP wants to file a suit against it's own state, the suit starts at a lower court first and -- with appeals -- ends up at the state's Supreme Court, not the Scotus. Now guess how many State Supreme Court cases Trump has lost so far. 6 Likes 2 Shares |
