So after then you will go to the ministry and make conformation in which if the APL is genuine you will balance them and get the original Copy of APL.the seconds stages you will go for documentation within a week.after dacumantaion you will do some training for a mouths. And the final stage is IPPS capturing... Based on some one experience

yes all you know said must of these APL na replacement so you have to go from training that will be conducted by the agency.for example you got job at CBN how will you know this job you will be a sign 2.so you must to go for training.
