gbens2000: “Better” is relative though but I will advice you get the V6. If you are looking at economy and not performance, then get the 2010 Camry LE |

Hello guys I have a few questions please. I'm a first time owner 1. Is toyota matrix 2010 sport idea? I learnt it's a good alternative to the Corolla (I struck out the Corolla, because of its high theft/vandalism rate) I value my peace of Mind. 2. The interior of the matrix 10 is so basic, is there any other car with the Corolla's ruggedness, cheap maintenance and fuel consumption and a better interior? 3. What are the advantages of importing directly from auction sites to buying locally?? My budget : 3M or less. Thanks I don't like the camry 2006-2010 |

Good day everyone. An acquaintance wants to get a 2014 Camry SE but I am of the opinion that he should get a fully loaded 2012 Lexus ES350. ( They are both roughly in the same price range). He also has this concern that the Lexus might give him issues which will be expensive to fix. I’d like to have the opinions of the car gurus here. Thanks I’m advance! |
Re: The Official Car Comparison/Recommendation Thread by HeavenlyBang(m): 6:20am On Dec 20, 2020 |
maestro09: What you should get is a fully loaded 2013 Accord. ES350>>Camry, though. |

Gurus in the house please I need advice on 2007-2012 Lexus GS350. *Is it reliable? *Maintenance cost *Is it a good buy? *What are the common problems? * compare it with ES350(2007-2012) |
Re: The Official Car Comparison/Recommendation Thread by nurey(m): 11:12am On Dec 23, 2020 |
Dbass2020: ES350 cheaper to maintain. GS350 parts expensive,. reliable to a degree non the less |
Re: The Official Car Comparison/Recommendation Thread by Dbass2020: 8:44pm On Dec 23, 2020 |
nurey: Which is more reliable boss? |
Re: The Official Car Comparison/Recommendation Thread by HeavenlyBang(m): 8:46pm On Dec 23, 2020 |
Dbass2020: The ES350 is a fancy Camry. The GS is more complicated. Both are reliable, but I'd probably go with the GS tbh. I've seen cases of transmission issues on quite a few ES350s. Keep in mind, however, that GS parts and maintenence is more expensive. |
