SupersNovas are the most violent death of a Star ( in basics a Sun) , how then are stars born , very similar to tge idea of general birth really , the sperm racing towards the eggs of a woman , through nuclear fusion ,this photon trapped in every blackhole tries in every which way possible to get out so it bounces all and about the black hole till just maybe a burst of light will be able to reach the very dense surface of the black hole , this gives massive burst of light littering space with massive chaotic burst of photons and gas , bigger Suns ( Red Giants) tend to go off faster than smaller stars like our sun , images below are of the birth of stars from a blackhole , and an actual death of a red giant caught by the Hubble spacecraft

What if we are here to consume and be consumed again just like the virus and every other thing in space including our young sun growing consuming planets as the black hole spirals faster consuming galaxies

You are wrong on how stars(sun) are born. Black hole do not give birth to a star, rather a star gives birth to a black hole. When some stars are about to die the core of that stars collapse because of the intense mass and gravity creating a black hole, nothing escape a black hole, not even light. A sun is born with the aid of gravity and suoermassive hot gas. If jupiter were to accumulate more gas it would have become a sun.
