Na everybody bro.. Sometime like this, I go just dry sweat with fan on.. I go just answer 1 and force myself to sleep.

For real, I really need to learn sleeping technique from boss here. Sometimes, my brain go don overheat, I go just close eye and won't sleep till daybreak.

See ehn, last week, or week before, I had 3 sleep paralysis in one night! As I dey comot from one, I dey enter another. My paralysis na once in 3/4 months ish, and it's once. I had 3 in one night. 3 that I wasn't conscious enough to stand up. I go wake, out of the paralysis, 2 minutes, I don lie down again.

Na that day when I wake up, I knew my brain was fried already. I needed the rest. It was overdue
