Circumstances have given them a chance to bring back sars -dash that- swat.
What happened to other police special formations like the Antiterrorism division, Mopol etc?
Point is, we have to let states micro manage their security (state police). While a federal controlled entity sits as a control to them.Like the Fbi in USA.
