smallsmall: I'm not saying that we should just pray alone. Action is king. Some kind of situation pass just mere protest. There must be a change in mindset. The visible changes of the nation depends on the invisible changes in the minds of the people. Most of our bad leaders were created by us, by the negative values of our society. Many common Nigerians are as greedy as our leaders, they just haven't gotten the opportunity to unleash, that's why. Many people complain about corruption just because it hasn't favoured them. Many pains Nigerians face everyday are inflicted upon them by fellow civilian Nigerians like themselves. Do a little study on the Nigerian society, and observe carefully how we live, deconstruct some things and you may be surprised how do ourselves. I'm not justifying the government and the politicians but if we continue with our greedy, " cut corner " and oppressive mindsets we will continue to have greedy and corrupt leaders even after a revolution. If we continue to overlook and accept corruption, exploitations and oppression in our homes, our schools, our churches, our social groups, our streets, our communities we will never beat corruption in the government. We the people are the government. We have to take responsibility and support each other 3 Likes |

No matter how bad Nigeria is. Nigeria is still far better to raise a kids than South Africa. After their primary education here in South Africa they will come to Nigeria for their secondary education and then return to South Africa as all are South African citizens. |

Etinosa1234: Yeah, like those who wanted to vote in Okota but were disrupted or people who participated in the #EndSARS protests so as to end police brutality. In both cases (out of gazillions of civil participation cases), the vast majority of Nigerians attacked and condemned those acts. Let those who want to flee do so. Nothing stops brotha Etinosa1234 from doing bettering Nigeria. Godspeed! |

We all wish for a better 9ja, but as long as the born to rule remain in the mix, forget it 9ja can only go worst. To fix this country they must not be allowed near any position of power for 30yrs. 2 Likes |

The same people that killed the richest country in Africa want to run out and spoil other countries. They know you well well. When your parents were bringing loot home, buying foreign visas and flashing foreign goods you cannot make on social media, you thought all these would not catch up with you? The way you, your parents and the politicians you vote for the past 20 years prepare your bed, so shall, I say shall you lie on it. What children? How did you turn out? Didn't many people tell you that no matter what you achieve where you are going,( if you get there) THEY WILL SHIT ON YOU! Which is worse? Average Tunde, Sule and Chukwu OR Big sheet scientist afraid to go to work everyday sucking up to insults. Go ask Obama. Stay home and farm the most arable land in the world. Otherwise Chinese will buy it and farm your land to feed their people. Stop pokenosing in other people's land. Onye oshi, Barawo, Ole! |
