The university should be accurate and save ones time.... schools in abroad work with time frame and they expect all queries answered within a specified time..

Covenant is an excuse for am higher institution ,oga no be only you go covenant we know many of their alumni and they all have something bad to say about the school
There are 72 private universities in Nigeria. At least 68 of them are desperately looking for students.

At least 50 are either equal or cheaper than Covenant in tuition fees.

Transferring from Covenant to another school is very easy.

So if they hated it that much they should have left.

This school is indeed a glorified secondary school.

Transcript processing even in public federal universities are ways easier than the bureaucratic processes listed above.

Certificates are supposed to be ready as soon as convocation is done.

They literary ignore emails and frustrate peoples destinies with delay

If I paid 15k as school fees i wouldn't go crazy if something like this happened but you don't collect a cool mill from someone yearly as school fees and then hold on to their transcripts

So you people believe that flimsy reason of name mismatch is enough to take the school six (6) months to sort out. I can assure you, if VC's daughter has the same challenge, it won't take the school up to six (6) to sort it out. I love everything that has to do with Oyedepo but I don't like this issue of sluggishness from CU. In the timeline of events above, look at the wide gaps between the dates. Who does that in a sane country?

It took me 2 weeks to get mine and I know nobody, she was obviously lying.

What do yhu believe? That of the lady abi? Lol

Yhu wish yhu had more reasons to hate and spew trash on CU again, huh?

I knew right from the start that something wasn't just right somewhere.

When I see comparisons between public and private university most especially from people who weren't opportuned to attend a private school, it is either lies, envy, and jealousy.

This your lie carry weight nor be small.

Bam! Hatred will just kill some people for nothing.

Funny enough, those critsizing the school can't even afford it....most of them never had a family member who ever attended a private school not to even talknow of CU.... grin

They are here ranting and trying to be noticed.

CU keeps recording and gaining more students each year!

So in other words, price of school fees determine the level of accuracy and consistency of a school? So we should excuse a public school because you paid 15k?

Write good spelling next time sir. And don't think everyone siding with the truth has hatred in his heart. That I am "rich" does not automatically make me hate good things. Covenant University is a glory of Nigeria. We don't want lackadaisical attitude and mediocrity like that of public Unis.

The way she narrated the matter as though there was a grand conspiracy within the university to hold her transcript! Yet they were in full communication with each other as regards the cause of the delay.

That was a serpentatious behavior.

There's no problem with calling the university out for maybe slacking. But saying you requested in July when the request was sent in September is libel. Claiming extortion when you understood the reason you paid twice is immoral.

We don't pay the Alumni Association which by herself took away the transcript facilitation from the university to ensure robust post graduate matters aren't stacked at registry. They do a fairly good job.

She wan tell us say she dey U.S.A for her Masters

You obviously didn't read to understand. You only wish to bash the school. Where did it state that it took the school 6 months due to name mismatch? Besides the Alumni association already stated that the request went through them.
