Early today, I was reading about SWOT analysis.

I was going through some big companies templates on it, I noticed that, most of businesses love to hear about their strength, when it comes weakness, they hardly tell themselves the truth about their weakness.

Every business owner wants to believe his or her business is running smoothly, the weakness aspect of SWOT analysis might not be favourite for them. However, it's vital information. You need to truthfully access the weakness within your business for SWOT analysis to be effective.

DO THIS, DON'T DO THIS.

Something happened to one of my bosses yesterday, and it's unfair when I see people doing this, in this generation.

Imagine? someone is still stealing in this generation, don't ever try to do it.

I know you want to know what that, person stole from my Boss, he stole my Boss contents on his status and posted to his status without giving any credit to the original content creator.

Don't do that please, it's not an act of developing and creative at all.

Although there is nothing new again to write anymore, 99.9% of the article, artwork, designs, name it, you see today, someone has written it before or do it before.

But, you don't know, because they recreated it, it doesn't look like origin work.

Now, DO THIS PLEASE.

You can read someone article or look into someone artwork, and recreated it on your own, don't do it exactly how they do it.

I have gotten you a book that can help you to steal someone work, and they wouldn't know, I have done it, times without numbers, don't call me a thief, when you read this, you will understand exactly, what I'm talking about.

Steal like an artist, click the link to download the book.

If you don't want to receive my message again, you type STOP.

Before you apply for your next grant, do well to read this to the end.

Good morning!

Let me tell you the four things, you need to first know, before you apply for any grants.

1. Why: what's their purpose of setting up such grants? Don't just apply for any grants, because your idea is good. Do well to know the reason why they are setting up the grant first.

Some people will just write a proposal without, knowing the actual why, they are setting up the grant, do well to stop it.

2. Mission: You need to know their mission as well, what are they trying to achieve for setting up the grant?.

For example, if the mission of the grant is to eradicate, the price of food skyrocket during the dry season, your business proposal or pitch should be around their mission.

Don't say, because you have a good business idea in Fintech and you can easily apply for this.

As we'll know that, the price of food during the dry season, do skyrocket, there wouldn't be rain during that time.

Your business idea can be on an irrigation system for farmers, storage of food during the glut etc.

3. Selection criteria: Before you apply for any grants, do well to check the selection criteria.

Like, are you qualify to apply for it?

For example: If the grant says, those who can apply for this grant, are those who are based in some geographical location, age, have this kind of business model, those who have registered their business, two years of operation etc.

4. Past Awardees: You can search for those people, who have benefited from the grant before to put you through, how they were able to do it.

Their business idea, what are the things they put in place to get the grants etc.

I will be sharing one or two things with you soon, do well to stay here.

If you're ready to get grants links, don't leave here yet.

If you're thinking of going into business, do well to take note of these 4 most important things.

It might be a digital or physical product, especially online.

*1. Hot product.*
Look for a hot product, that people are ready to use their last cash to buy.

It might be a physical or a digital product, your job is to find a hot product.

You can do that, through market research.

*2. Sales Pitch/offer.*

This is where you need a copywriter, you need someone that can help you to write a sales later, that can convince people to buy your product.

You need someone that can help you to pitch your product, even, if someone doesn't have money to buy it right now, will be thinking about your product, day and night.

You can also write it by yourself if you have copywriting skills.

*3. Generate Tariff to your offer.*

:You can generate traffic through social media by running ads, you can use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Nairaland, Tiktok, Youtube etc.

*4. Follow Up*.

You can do that, by sending him/her a message, especially, when he/she has input his email.

Hi Dolapo, I saw your interest in our product, why don't you make a purchase? you can use this link, to check more about our product...

Bla bla bla

PS: Once you find a hot product, that's giving you money, milk it.

Hey dear friend, it's another beautiful day to write to you.

I'm happy to write to you, I don't know, how you are feeling right now.

Anyway, everything is gonna be alright.

Well, most people believe things is gonna be alright, and they are doing nothing to get better every day.

See, if care is not taken, nothing is going to be better, unless you work hard and put in the work to make it better.

If getting rich is your goal, you have to put in the hard work, the truth is that rich will be getting richer, and otherwise as well.

Making money is hard, not making money is also hard as well.

You have to choose your hard way, that will suit you.
