Why use Ultra power saver at 90+%?

Note: If you just updated give your phone days to adjust to new changes on the New ROM
2. How is the state of your network? Post a battery chart showing your network usage.
3. You can't downgrade.

I tried the ultra power to see if it will improve the battery drainage. My previous infinix retains the battery percentage when not in use, evn for hours and it gets better with ultra power so i dont see why my redmi cant do the same.
Its been more than a week already since i updated. Seems d issue is from the screen and Android system as i haven't done much with the phone today

Good morning.

Please I don't understand why power consumption by Android System is this high.

It seems it gets higher as the battery percentage drops.

Any tips or suggestions on how to keep the figure low will be appreciated.

I don't know if using the Second Space feature for a few minutes could also be a contributing factor

This is normal

Alright Sir

But mostly, when the battery is above 60%, the figure is always between 7 - 10%

Well it does, considering the fact that I could use the extra juice for some other tasks

irrelevant to you because you know it doesn't affect anything but he doesn't, so you can't expect it not to disturb him

That is not the right way to put it.

Android System increases in idle mode and reduces why your phone is in constant use.

This isn't what I asked for. Change ranking to details and Screenshot and upload.

Are you expecting your screen not to consume battery when your battery chart already shows over 4hours Screen on time and almost 10hours of your phone been idle?

The camera modules were probably not connected properly or it was damaged during the screen change.

Network is your problem not the innocent ROM you are heaping the blames or the OEM you are accusing

Please how do i fix it. Do i have to start putting my phone in airplane mode or switching off my data connection?

Btw, d reason why m blaming the upgrade is because the of phone, draing battery evn when not in use. With the previous miui 11 which doesn't have ultra power, the battery hardly drains when not in use.

The only fix is changing your network provider.

Compare yours with mine. And despite the way mine is, I am still complaining of how much Antenna power, My ISP Glo uses.

Use your phone and stop disturbing yourself of this stuffs. You can clear background apps if you are going to leave your phone idle for a while or switch to 2G.

I can turn on ultra battery saver at 100% just to prevent the excessive lost of the battery. On miui 12 battery drain like hell.

Since it did that midway into the reset, it's probably not a software problem but hardware. My advice is to take to a technician and have it checked out.
I'm sure someone will recommend one to you.
