Whats the Voc of your pwm cc, its likely below 70v, if so.. you can only connect the 4 panels in parallel, hope the distance from panel to cc isnt far, you would need 16mm cable if so,

Why buy pwm , cc?
Makes no sense, buying pwm if your array is more than 600w, 100w and 150w panels are recommeded if its pwm that you have choosen to use, as most pwm have voc of 70v max, and such small wattage panels hv Voc of 22v, hence you can put 2 in series

servo stab is the best. but i doubt if there is any type that can work from as low as 65V. it is normally 80v to 270v. 65V from the grid is totally useless.

the experience is good so far, but it cant go as low as 75V. 80v is the minimum!

A 63A breaker is rated to carry 63A indefinitely - it may or may not trip at 70A.

The breaker response to current depends on the current response curve rating - Type A, B, C, D e.t.c Most of the breakers I see locally are C-Curve.

If you have a very rapid rise in amps over and above the rated current (such as a short circuit) then a breaker is likely to trip quickly. A slow and steady ramp up may not cause a trip.

This is one of the reasons why there is a market for those electronic voltage and current protection devices you sell since they have a much more precise response. I have yet to see a DC version though.
