i am currently earning 350k 25 yrs of age as my monthly salary working with my National Diploma

but there is alot of decrimnation shown to us who came with ND, and we have seen people that spend 10 years in the work who came with diploma treated with no respect, there only problem is they are not graduates.

that means we will forever be junior workers there.


but me am not after the huge salary, i also wanted to be someone in life and also to be treated with respect, pls any advice.

My advice is that you can go back to a university to take a weekend program if your weekend are free most times. Leaving the job is not advisable because no job expect you have another job to take. Consider the confort your salary gives you and your family..
