Explore your phone. Call customer care again and see if possible.

Lol.

SD 665 is better than Helio G85 in real-life performance, despite the latter boasting lot more Antutu Benchmark scores.

I'm yet to be convinced that Mediatek is up for some real competition. The new Dimensity 800u can't even handle a lot of games without lag. Even COD is locked at medium graphics with it, although I agree optimization is yet to be made.

Still, I'd pick Snapdragon over Meditatek anyday. Only HELIO G90T and Dimensity 1000 impress me.

Snapdragon 665 is better in real world? Really?

Yes, My younger bro uses Redmi 9 (Helio G80) while my older bro uses Redmi Note 8(SD 665).

Both the same 4/64gb configuration.

I handle both devices almost everyday and the difference is clear, especially in gaming.

9s is a better device alright but the note 9 can also hold its own against devices of the same price range

I agree, but the camera and LCD quality. Hmmm. Not so good.

I've handled the device very well. Bought one from BkackArab for a neighbor last month. The camera is underwhelming, build quality is cheap, and the LCD is subpar compared with Note 7 and 8.

Yes. I hope Xiaomi uses it on their next Note series, but I'd prefer SD750G

yup. Snapdragon over mtk anyday. I don't know if that's changed but I heard snapdragon chips have always been better than mediatek in cellular and WiFi connections

It's a wired earphone but you'll have to buy its bluetooth module separately if you want to use it wirelessly. I don't have the wireless module in stock but replacement cables (with or without mic) are avail.
