Commissioner of oaths stamps ur guarantor’s form at customary court or high court, official price is 500 naira. Note that guarantor’s form is for fresh passport applications.

Hello sir/ma, my international passport will expire by next year February and I did it at oshogbo immigration office, now my question is can I still be able to renew it at oshogbo immigration office or I have to go to Lagos or Abuja immigration office to renew it? Thanks

Here from Iggy as he has provided on it.

For fresh passport
U need the below after u pay online.
1. 2 passport photograph
2. Black and white abi black and grey paper file( can be bought there for 50 to 100 naira)
3. Letter of identification from Local Government/State of origin or residence or National Identity Card
4. Completed passport application form
5. Completed Guarantors’ form duly signed by a Commissioner for Oaths attached with Photocopy of Data page of Guarantor’s Nigerian ePassport, National Identity Card and one passport sized photograph of the Guarantor;
U will print out the guarantor’s form online. It is linked to your application so google how to print it when u are done with payment or check my other responses for the link.
6. Marriage certificate, where applicable;
7. Birth Certificate or Age Declaration attached with one passport-sized photograph and duly endorsed by a Commissioner for Oaths
8. Acknowledgement slip
9. evidence of payment slip

Amount for non-enhanced passport is 17,800 naira .goodluck

pls pay as soon as possible and go to the command’s office as soon as possible too. It is at ur discretion, u dnt have to wait for special call for capturing. The earlier the better as they would like to waste ur time

GUARANTOR FORM IS UNIQUE TO EVERY FRESH APPLICATION.
AFTER PAYING, INPUT YOUR DETAILS that is passport application and reference id and you would be able to print out your guarantor’s form.
It will have your name and date of birth . Make sure what you print out is complete. So save the form first and crosscheck.

I was going through my proof of payment slip today and discovered that my capture date was stated there (24th December,2020). Will they work on that day so?
Also for the guarantor, he sent only his passport data page and driver's license. Will this do? because I saw a place for National ID.
