Hey guys, I have decided to share my Covid19 experience for those who think that the pandemic is not real or it doesn’t affect Africans due to “strong” immune system. Please, it is very real.

It all started like a joke because I didn’t know I had Covid19 until it was confirmed after a test by the Health Service Executive (HSE) in Ireland. One of my housemates was sick and I thought it was a regular sickness not knowing it was the “dreaded” Covid19. During that period of her sickness, I was helping to take care of her because I didn’t expect it was Covid19. I was just rendering help to a friend. My friend later put a call to a GP (general practitioner) after she started noticing the symptoms. The GP told her to contact the HSE and she was asked to come for a test in Limerick city where we reside.

The result of her test came out two days after she went for it. She was asked to produce the contacts of those that she associated closely with in the past few days. All of us (the housemates) were asked to come for tests and that was when we found out we had Covid19. Mind you, all my housemates are Nigerians. Some of the Covid19 symptoms I had were migraine/strong headache, loss of smell, nose sensitivity, sneezing, dry throat, body pains. These were the major systems I had during that period which was in October.

Presently, I am definitely feeling good and no longer have Covid19 or any symptoms. I am way way better and even stronger than before because I really worked on myself. I took ginger, lemon and honey as a tea in order to boost my immune system to fight the sickness. I also drank lots of water and rested properly at home during that period as well. I also did steam inhalation with peppermint oil and hot water. My housemates were taking concoction which comprised of ginger, garlic, turmeric, honey, in a bid to boost their immune systems. My housemates and I are way better and feeling good. We have fully recovered since November.

Try to be safe by sanitizing your hands, keeping social distance, wearing face masks, taking multivitamins whether local or foreign to boost your immune system, and rest properly.

Watch the video below to hear my full experience.

Covid-19 is real but Nigeria version is fake. Those politicians that kpoof only kpoof because they've been suffering from one ailment and no way to get their medication abroad as usual.

Suffered this in UAE, just the same way by helping a sick friend not knowing he had covid , after few days I developed the symptoms, treated myself with exactly the same thing the op room mate took, lemon, ginger and garlic and vitc 1000mg to boast my immune system, paracetamol to calm the high fever, I got better within 1wk, it wasn't easy coping with the symptoms which include high fever, body pains, loss of smell mad appetite.

Contracted it early in February when it was said to be in China... Italy and Spain. Immune system was down at the time. It hit me real hard... not sure if I lost taste nor smell... had a serious dryyyyy cough.... thought was bronchitis... had that before... but this was bone dry and persistant... spitting nothing. Had shortness of breath... serious... be panting like dog after walking short distances. Went to doctor all coughing... planned going back to find out if he is still alive since he had no clue about COVID-19 back then. I rode it out barely... was dead serious for like a week... then the coughing took like another 3 weeks to finally go away. A few of my colleagues had it like you guys.... mild stuff for a few days. In all... it is not what they making it out to be... too much hype... all for the vaccine.

Yeah the experience is different for people but I wouldn’t say it’s a hype some people get hospitalized so it’s definitely not about the vaccine and immune systems vary.

People catch it, but it's not debilitating for us like white people. Your experience shows it's not bad so far one is young and healthy. The only people I see on the news who die from it are obese, old and unhealthy

When you see a picture taken in abroad you always know, aside the whites you determine by the very clean streets, the green grass, the well planned and structure building.

Nigeria and Africa as whole is a mess.

No balling I no ball during the lockdown period. I just arrived Naija early February planning to travelled out by early April, unfortunately lockdown was imposed and a month break turned to over 7 months. I ball asin ball tired. The state I was during lockdown, relaxed their curfew or lockdown then usually on tuesday and wednesday. All my friends knew that I must comot water for body within those days at a lounge nearby. I had already said in my mind I don catch coro finish...When airports were opened and I had to run corona test before boarding plane, I fear die. but result came negative.

But I constantly treated malaria and typhoid fever while in naija, I usually get down averagely two two weeks with those ailments. OP, you see those two sicknesses, I mean malaria and typhoid most naija battle with, their medicines are already a boost to corona virus.
I had corona virus after some months when I arrived my base out of naija, that was even because 95% staff of the place I worked in had it already, so it was only natural that I will contract it. Surprisingly, I never knew I had until when the test result came out positive. I never had any symptom.
