He's right bro It's not lyk that, Enugu have ShopRite and roban stores. Abuja have many shopping mall like next shopping mall, jabi lake mall ShopRite and several other malls unlike other cities. Roban needs to extend their stores to some other cities like Onitsha, Aba, Asaba, Owerri, Aba etc, but it should be at least very far from the current shopping mall. naturalman: 3 Likes |

Please make una tell Obiano to rescue Onitsha from the evil traps of bad roads. 80% of the roads that links Main market and Ochanja market is very bad . This is dry season and our governor is not even doing the least to save road commuters and transport workers from suffering and unnecessary traffic jams. Many people at onitsha don't even know that Anambra is constructing an airport and they will rate Apga with what they see and not what they hear. Obiano is seriouly demarketing his party by leaving our roads to rots. 40 feet container falls at ezeiweka junction yesterday and I thank God nobody was a victim to that accident . 5 Likes 1 Share |

Honestly, many people don't even know that Anambra state is building an international airport even those at various major markets in Anambra don't know about this construction of international Cargo and Passengers airport at Umueri, on the day of commissioning it will be very hot. Trade and Commerce are integral parts of Ndigbo especially Ndi Anambra. Ndigbo survived the scourge of the Nigerian Civil War, developed their home states and other parts of the country where they live through trade and commerce. Conscious of this therefore, Governor Willie Obiano's administration is taking giant steps in terms of policy articulation and partnership to develop a 21st century ultra modern market in the state. The latest of this partnership is a 10 000 capacity Awka Capital Territory Ultra Modern Market Isiagu, Awka South Local Government Area. The partnership is between the state government and JC Micheals Nigeria LTD. During the site inspection yesterday, Governor Willie Obiano represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Solo Chukwulobelu expressed happiness that Ndi Anambra are gradually thinking home. Governor Obiano said, "It is the duty of the government to provide enablers for investments to thrive and my administration is doing that. Our resolve in the security of lives and property is paying off hugely today". "However, locating this market here is in line with Anambra Vision 2070 which is trying to diminish the culture of building markets on the streets or within the residential areas. This project will also open up this area and decongest the capital city which is already getting over populated". In conclusion, Governor Obiano thanked Keystone Bank for coming through with the financing of the project. arlier in his opening remark, the developer, Chief Jude Agbuzie thanked Governor Obiano for his visions in putting Anambra on the map of progress. According to him the Market will comprise 10 000 lock up shops; a hospital, fire service centre, entrepreneurship development Hub amongst others. Chief Agbuzie assured that by second quarter of 2021, a total of four thousand six hundred lock up shops must have been completed and ready for use. On his part Mr Anayo Nwosu who represented MD/CEO of Keystone Bank, Mr. Olaniran Olayinka said that the bank is ready to finance the project fully and thanked the state government for the opportunity as this is their first business since the creation of the state . The Traditional Ruler of Isiagu , Igwe Austin Nwankwo, thanked the state government ,the developer and keystone bank for siting the project in their town and promised full support of his community Isiagu. Hon. Uchenna Okafor Wiper, the Honourable Commissioner for Trade and Commerce while thanking Governor Willie Obiano for his efforts at decongesting the Awka city appealed to the developer to deliver the project in record time. Dignitaries at the occasion include: Mr Primus Odili (Chief of Staff to the Governor), Arc. Micheal .M. Okonkwo (Commissioner for Housing), Ven. Barr. Amaechi Okwuosa (MD/CEO. Awka Capital Territory Development Authority). Emmanuel Ntomchukwu (Regional Head, South East Keystone Bank), Comrade Louis Nwankwo (PG Isiagu Community) among others. 8 Likes 2 Shares

Rocksvibes234: That’s a lot more than a market, that’s a whole mall, if it can actually handle 10 000 shops the. Anambra would hold the largest mall in west Africa and possibly the whole of Africa, hopefully it is completed in due time. 2 Likes |

The FIFA Standard Awka Mini-Stadium nearing completion! Without mincing words, if Obiano is able to deliver the international airport, the International Conference Center and this stadium between now and December 2021, he would have been one of the greatest sons of Anambra State! Not minding the three flyover bridges, the roads, agricultural revolution, bringing in great estates such as Awka Millennium city and Onitsha Luxury estates and completing Agulu Lake Hotels, Onitsha malls, upgrade of Onitsha General into a Specialist Hospital, top-notch security and many more. Obiano indeed transformed Anambra state in his time. Mind you in the same thread, i had been called a Peter Obi agent because i praised Peter's enormous achievements and that I hate Obiano because i initially doubted him when he kept signing MOUs without any visible action. But the truth be said, his achievements remain unsurpassed so far. Unless we get a serious man as the next governor who will take the state towards real development and not silly looters that will initiate white elephant skyscraper projects just as an avenue to loot. We are still grateful to Peter Obi for bringing in a performer like Obiano. Although both men later fell apart. But Anambra state managed to benefit from the administrative acumen of Obiano. The ball is now in the court of Obiano to ensure that APGA selects the best technocrat for the job. Not necessarily a "yes man" that will be loyal to him. In the end, it is the good of Anambra state that ultimately matters not necessarily if the successor is loyal to Obiano or not. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAEmtDdIsWI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mInp5M1gJMk 9 Likes 3 Shares

ChimaAdeoye: Obiano government had 40 billion naira of Capex every year since 2014. 7 years x 40 = 280 billion or almost 600 million dollars at current exchange rates. Please show me 600 million dollars worth of projects in Anambra state. At least we know what Obi did with the roughly 500 million dollars he received during his tenure. He saved 156 million dollars and built the Onitsha to umunya expressway, old road, Tarzan flyover and hundreds of kilometers of rural roads not to mention the secretariat building in Awka, the Anambra state university teaching hospital and FUNDED the completion of Agulu Lake Hotel and the Onitsha Mall. Moreover he invested state money in Hero brewery which clearly is paying dividend to the state. Obiano has spent a lot of money in projects of questionable value. The oil rig Bridge with no record of oil production till date, three flyovers of in Awka which trailers cannot climb, a last minute attempt to build an airport when three are within 40km of the state. An ICC in Awka probably the only project of note which is heavily delayed by poor project management. He is rushing to finish the FIFA mini stadium in Awka for which FIFA gave ANSG money since 2012. Meanwhile all inner roads in the state capital are collapsing, roads in Onitsha are collapsing. 1 Like |

[s] mktinsight:[/s] Look mr. man, Please don't ever quote me again if you want to commit mischief with lies and fake news! You can peddle your lies about whether Nigeria had more income during the Jonathan years of prior to 2015 or the Buhari years. When it suites you goons to support Buhari for his lack of achievement despite huge borrowings and foreign debt, you quickly cite that the country received less resources due to price of oil in international market. So please peddle your silly lies as much as you like, I personally would only skip your idiotic posts. But never quote me to draw my attention to your mischievous lies! Your exasperation that Obiano is determined to complete the airport will get worse as you see pictures of the progress daily. Anu mpama! 10 Likes 1 Share |

Lol this frustrated blood sucking demon has returned. Even at 4am you are awake with your eyes wide open when sane people are resting. Who actually cursed you mktinsight? Tufia. So FIFA gave money? Where's the evidence of the transfers? You are not only dumb but you are hopelessly silly. Useless frustrated vagabond. You want us to start your silly comparison of Obiano and Obi. Obi did his best, Obiano is taking it to another level. By His Grace, the next governor will take it much higher. Inner oads in Onitsha and Awka are either in good or are being fixed. For the first time a governor fixed almost all the roads in Fegge Onitsha and many more in other neighbourhoods. Take note that Anambra is the best state in the region. Adi ama aka. ICC, Awka Millennium city, Awka city stadium, etc, are all coming up including your nightmare- the Anambra international airport. Lol Everyone here knows you are a lying demon, so go and die. You cannot deceive anyone. [s] mktinsight:[/s] 5 Likes 1 Share |
