Zenith Bank Executive Director purchases additional 1 million shares worth N23.65 million iexclusive News Nigeria reports that Zenith Bank Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange that Dr. Temitope Fasoranti, an Executive Director in the bank, has acquired 1,000,000 additional units of Zenith Bank shares, worth N23.65 million. https://www.google.com/amp/s/iexclusivenews.com.ng/zenith-bank-executive-director-purchases-additional-1-million-shares-worth-n23-65-million/amp/ There must be something these guyz are seeing to make these moves and am sure this is the kinda move that’s going on in the other similar institutions in the sector.

Leggitsam: Just checked your profile, you joined naira land in October 2020 and your first post on this thread(NSEMPA) was all about calling an executive director of a reputable financial institution a thief. If you are bold enough, reveal more of your identity and watch me escalate it to Zenith bank legal department for legal action. You better be careful of what you are posting on internet, what you carelessly post today may come back in the future to hunt and destroy you. The bad thing about internet is, it does not forget neither forgive one's mistakes 13 Likes |

megawealth01:since when has there been bulls anyway? Is it not this few days and for few select stocks. NSE has lost its glory and boisterity. Can no longer support many ambition. Imagine those bullish stocks they are praising now has crashed some people in recent past. So much inconsistency. Insurance recapitalisation has been shifted over and over again for the past several years till now its been one story to the other. They introduced 1kobo per value yet they still can't follow through even uptil now. That would have seen half of the lazy crooks gone, but no they succeeded in bribing their way to halt the whole process. Right now the market has thined out with very little activities 2 Likes |

I asked a Stockbroker(Friend) if I can buy into Japaul Gold at least to make Tasere change before new year. He said,I shouldn't buy yet that the price appreciation is currently being manipulated so as to push the share price up for their right issue. He told me to patiently wait for the 2020 audited result before jumping in as Chief Paulo is fond of using foreign alliance and partnership to bamboozle investors. According to him,no fundamental to support the share price even at 20k. 1 Like |

The clouds are gathering. A new, more dangerous strain of Covid is presently ravaging United Kingdom. Many countries are banning flights to and from UK. The 2nd wave Covid is spreading fast and scaring nations. In Nigeria, governments are gradually locking down some sectors and are contemplating another serious lockdown. If that happens, it will be very bad (if not disastrous) for the Nigerian economy which is already neck-deep in recession. The bears are indeed not far off! |

megawealth01: Share reconstruction. 4 to 1 If you have 1000units, you will get 250units after reconstruction. 1000/4= 250 Now, The nominal price will be N2 instead of 0.50k Calculate your risk. 1000 x N1(current price)= 1000 250 x N2(new price)= N500 1 Like |
