I registered for NIN back in 2017 and I misplaced the slip after one week... my question is Can someone register again after the first one?..... Because even when I registered those guys made mistake in my name.

The NIN registration stuff is a perfect plan by this evil government in collaboration with China and the west to spread the Covid-19 ...the idea is to get people to go out there to these offices out of panic that they might deactivate their sim cards and when they go in large numbers they will be clustered around these offices with total disregard for social distancing... caution the people you know; about going out there...it is the virus they want to spread so badly

No. You don’t need to register again. Just go back to any NIMC registered office, they will tell you the procedure to follow.

If the number you are currently using is the same number you used during the registration especially MTN, you can retrieve your NIN through ussd code.

Go to their office and drop your name as captured in the registration slip and it will be reprinted at a cost.

Before I left school in 2015 NIN have been going on but trust Nigerians they won't do it until last minute.
From 2015 up till now is enough for all of us to register, like you rightly said no telecommunication company ask anyone to come to their office to link NIN to phone numbers
