I can see payment success in URL like you mentioned but i wasnt debited and when i called Paga they said the payment did not go through. I have tried severally and its the same thing. How did you get the ref. number emailed to you?

I experienced this when paying for IHS.
Check the url. If you see something like 'payment sucess' then chill the ihs reference will be emailed to you.
I was also confused with that error but paga said payment was successful.

There's a route to follow during that call that will direct you to enter your bank card details... your call will be picked immediately, but you'll be charged an extra 69 pence per minute or so

You can try your luck tho, but I just left there now and it's terrible. Should have picked VI.

Actually, in my own case paga sent me a notification that it was successful. And after tls website displayed error. I closed the browser and tried again from the link in email.

Please a friend and his wife just got their UK student visa some days back, but the issue is that the husband who is the dependant had written on his own visa no work, no business, no recourse to public funds, so please he is asking if this is normal because he felt dependants were allowed to work. Please he would be glad if light is thrown on this. Thanks

What exact program is she going for ? And is it fulltime...

A typical masters and above and full time should allow dependent to work but no recourse to public fund .
