he was approached by this same real estate crowd funding investment platform and told that he should invest with high returns in excess of over 100% and DAT if he was able to bring other investors DAT a certain percentage would be given to him. he started telling other ppl to be able to get his referal cut. borrowed over a million from family members some of our friends were reluctant to invest their money he then went ahead DAT if they can't be investors they should borrow him DAT he would pay back. only for him to hear DAT the company is bankrupt and have vanished with their office closed down. the investors whom he introduced are yet to find out I pity the guy hope he doesn't become depressed and do something drastic.

Engage real estate professionals including QS, Archtects for designs and costing. If you can do this step very well, your resources will not become waste. Use that money wisely brother.
