Please engineers in the house, help a brother. My Umidigi A5 Pro which I turned off myself cannot come on again. What could possibly be the problem? Before I turned it off, it was a kind of lagging a little so I decided to turn it off in order to stop that but when I tried to turn it on again, it can't come on. Please what should I do now?

You need to take it to a qualified Technician nearby for proper checkup.. I'm available if you are within Ogun State.
Try plug the phone and see if its still charging...

It's not showing any sign at all but it makes some sound when I plug it to a PC and I live in Port Harcourt.

Please engineer in the house, help me my umudigi A7pro which I got during jumia black Friday, not up to a month is giving me issues of earpiece problem, when someone call me I don't hear anything except I put it on speaker, even when I make call the earpiece doesn't work I use loudspeaker to make and answer call, my phone never fall down before I handle my phone with care. Please help me suggest what could be the problem
