Enough of this asslicking. Firstly, do they visit mosques during Eid? Secondly, it's an act of hypocrisy to celebrate with someone who believes that God has a son when your religion is based on the belief that God has no son, wife or relative. Finally, what we need is mutual understanding not this deception and hypocrisy. It stinks. 4 Likes

These are the true Muslims. If they can celebrate with their christian brethrens, then things of rejoicing and celebration will not cease in their lives. They are not like the blood thirsty Muslims on nairaland that never see anything good in other religions 1 Like |

The two religions that have destroyed Africa. Expect any drama from them. They're good in acting dramas and wonders through fake pretentious lifestyles. Religion without righteousness. Most religious people and most corrupt people at the same time. Lastly, this may be a smart trick that will turn bloody for those who'll not scamper away when the terrorists come to slaughter them. |

They are Shia Muslims. Shia Muslims are more tolerant with Christians. During religious crisis, they hide Christians so they don't get killed by the Sunni Muslims which are the majority in the North and believe that Christians are infidels and should be put to death. Your president and El rufai are Sunni Muslims. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Any Christian celebrating this is an hypocrite and those muslims over there are also hypocrite(believing in something and manifesting something different). None of them(Muslim in there) believe Jesus is God or son of God and infact there are plethora of verses in the Qur'an that specifically talks about that. We might not celebrate each other on our festive period while still having healthy relationship and that's TOLERANCE - Understanding each others religious injunctions and respecting it. We only do this when it's Christian-Muslim stuff but not on traditional religion practionner. Who among you christians will say KUMUYI, OYEDEPO OR OYAKILHOME is TOLERANT if they attend shrine to felicitate with the SANGO worshippers? And lastly, islam and Christianity ain't the same, they attacks each other basic doctrine so there's no different in it with the above analogy. 1 Like |

Nigerians need to understand that people have right to what they chose to believe in. Religious leaders and parents need to acknowledge and respect that. Just as your choice of clothing must not be mine each person should exercise the right to choice. Anybody can cross religion if persuaded to and should not attract attacks from those not so persuaded. Furthermore, the real enemies of the people are the political leaders who STEAL what the people would have used to better their lives. It is the absence of such life supporting resources that give rise to the rest of evil you see among the people. We need mutual respect of religions but above all, we need to outdo one another with love and good deeds. Relating one-on-one members of these religions are really nice people. I speak from experience. Muslims have so much respect for Jesus Christ only that they see Him just like Jehovah's Witness see Him. But Jesus Christ is far beyond that view. Isaiah 9:6 |
