This are the kind of bad eggs we have among us drivers. How can a this driver be so heartless that he refused to refund rider's money.

A trip of 11km 21mins and yet he clicked arrived 25mins before he truly arrived which boost the fare to N4500, That wasn't the problem and the rider never complained about the fare.

The problem here is that. The rider sent 45,000 naira instead of 4,500 naira and the driver blocked the rider's line after he call him back to notify him of the excess transaction.

The rider called me, who was the previous driver that dropped him at his 1st location to report the incident.

After calling this driver, my line was equally block. I have tried my best since morning telling the rider to be patient so the driver won't be blocked but to what end. The driver already blocked my number too.

The scam driver's contact 09036293898

As Copied!!!

Now e don reach awa turn.

It is well boss, may we not see temptation above us. A rider alert dropped twice this week, even with his rudeness and not being aware of such mistake, I reach out to him and ask for his account. Honestly! If I say it didn't cross my mind to later the guy, coupled with his attitude as justification, but I knew the regret will eat me up and won't b able to take pride in myself with time... How people allow little things that wont solve their life problems entice them is beyond comprehension. This driver with questionable character have no choice, than to refund to the rider, it's our work #SoftWork grin

Cc Tojah.

The driver just spoke with me this morning and he said he can't transfer from his end, that he want to send it through Paga and the charge will be 1k. I told him to go ahead ...

Attached is the payment of 39000.

It is more of foolishness than Greediness. The said driver is at the risk of losing his acct because of 40,500 he can even make before this year runs out. Is that amount worth losing his account?
Even if he doesn't have enough integrity to call the rider and inform him about the overpay, he should be reasonable enough to refund the rider the moment the rider called to ask for the refund.

If your assumption is that the 32k showing under that Friday icon is your bank cash, you are wrong...the 72k is your gross earning for the week, while that 32k is the day you made the highest earning (Friday), meaning the 72k is your gross . To view your net swipe that screen to the right

Note as well, the net is just your gross less their commission.

And I believe as well, that all the trips you did is not card, so you received some cash as well.

To check your book balance swipe left of that screen, you will see a breakdown....if the breakdown shows a negative balance, it means you are the one to pay them, as you have received more cash than card, and if it shows positive balance then you account will be credited on Monday with the positive balance if more than 2k.

Out of curiosity, you no attend training ni? Abi you don use am chop

Please cease fire!

Abort mission!

Retreat! Code green!

The rider is satisfied with what he got. The driver would've been blocked anyways. But thanks to everyone who helped us achieved this feat. It shows again, we are out to do the right thing always.

Happy Christmas to Every one on the thread and Merry New Year.

Oh I get..

My brother you see that matter no b today. Ehailing would have made more sense if it can be permanently card based....it will be easy to track the profitability of the business.
