I get tired and disgusted about some organizations in Nigeria that will always post jobs but hardly give jobs through normal process even when your CV is 100% close.

Paystack? Get trained or accredited by a recognized reputable institution. Automatic recommendation. That's your key. It's expensive compared to the availability of knowledge on the web but any individual with foresight can easily identify what goes on behind the scenes
