I'm hearing rumors that Jr might be joining BH agency, now I'm a huge fan of his singing and acting and even though I'll be pained, I really wouldn't mind him leaving got7 to focus on acting if that's what he wants to do. My (hopefully) unbiased opinion : I love Boa's song. Chill rnb.

Yezi's song is nice. Her singing is just as good as her rapping, I couldn't believe this was my main rapper singing like some chungha or something, she sounds so good even though the song is pretty generic pop. I like it.

Nichkhun's song is pretty simple, nice and short. I have only listened to the English version and I like it. He doesn't overdo, he just sings according to his ability, I like the jazzy feel, it's a song to relax to.

Raina's is an ost. A perfect ballad.

If I had to score boa would get 4/5, yezi 3/5 just cos the song is too generic, Nichkhun 2/5 and Raina 5/5

ABOUT THE MV

There's no storyline. It's just them doing the dance.

Storyline : no storyline

Styling : 8/10. It could have easily been a 10/10 but I think I would have liked it better if Becky switched the outfits she wore, the top she wore during the day was like neon/metal and I think the beauty would come out more in the dark especially if they made it glow in the dark, while the outfit she wore at night was very bold colors and could have stood out during the day, her day outfit seemed too pale cos the scene was really bright

Choreography : 10/10

Set design/props : 5/10. Seems like a low budget mv but it doesn't really matter tho cos it was mostly just a dance video

Acting : 9/10. Could have been a 10/10 but j hope was very obvious with his lipsync

Best/worst actor : erm well.. Becky was the best and j hope worst but it's really just cos of the lipsync, if not they were both perfect

Who stood out the most : they both stood out and I really loved how they had the names of all the backup dancers in the credits. Warmed my heart

Random post : lol I'm doing my own GDA now but my categories are different and totally my own opinion.

Best agency (in terms of making money) : SM Entertainment, I swear I can't count the number of agencies sm has bought in the last 2 years, both music and acting agencies, the man just keeps acquiring and he's smart by going for small, "not really heard of" agencies with big talents.

Best agency (in terms of improvement in sales, as in people who weren't making much money but suddenly had the best year in 2020) erm I don't even know their name but the agency in charge of the Boyz, like I don't know how it happened but those guys really pushed the Boyz this year and it paid off. Shout out to sf9, they also had their biggest sales this year which is just weird lol cos I feel their previous albums were way better than this year's but I guess sky castle and extraordinary you is finally paying off.

Best agency with the most unproblematic people : Play M, I can't remember the last time I heard any wahala thing about the celebs on this label, both actors and artists.

Best ceo : Jyp. I don't know if it's cos he's also a promoting artist but he really has the best relationship with his artists, he respects their creative decisions and that's really huge. I love how he also keeps in touch with people who have left his agency, just a no hard feelings guy. I love him


Worst agencies :

1. Fnc : this is not about money or music but about humanity, fnc is not transparent at all, I know agencies don't have to expose everything but these people are the worst, they do things without even informing fans, just like that 3 people left cherry bullet, no explanation, no reason. Kwangjin left nflying under questionable circumstances. Mina was bullied for years and nobody "knew" or did anything to stop it, then it became clear choa and youkyung were also bullied and that's why they left aoa, someone is in prison, I bet more of them deserve to be. At this point I really only wish the best for nflying, and sf9, poor p1harmony and cherry bullet, I wish they could escape that place before they become tainted. Cnblue, ft island and aoa can go to hell for all I care, they've made enough money singing plus all of them have mostly transitioned into acting sef. I just want fnc to close down until they learn to prioritize the mental health of their artists cos they prioritize money too much.

2. Jellyfish : destroyed gugudan, destroyed vixx lol, wasted that boy that was popular from produce x101, verivery doesn't know what kind of music they want to do, recently they're just all over the place musically.

3. YG, I have no words but we thank God for the love sick girls.

That being said, on a totally unrelated note, everyday I look at the cast lineup for snowdrop and I'm just like if this drama doesn't turn out epic, I will lay curses on everyone involved, from jtbc down to the makeup artists
