They build more of modular and movable structures unlike we down here that build "permanent" structures.

Lol, I'm sure it's through bus "Conducting" that I got to work for the 3rd Largest Indigenous Construction Company in Nigeria and currently Owner of the first Fully Integrated Construction/Project Delivery Firm in Nigeria.

I'll sure continue to conduct buses..

If materials and methodology can't withstand consistent natural threats then is safe enough to say the standard is not good enough. I think the cost and affordability is an issue to consider for their trend.
